I have a question . I have bald spots all over my head since 2019 i've been thru a lot of stress and i was dying my hair very often and i regret it now. The thing is i didn't do anything about it when i was losing the hair my question is can i regrow my hair after all these years??
@@Juniper0g have someone check your head on top and you check as much as you can see. If there are tiny vellus hairs still there than yes you can do something. Also the meds will work on what you have and open those follicles and each hair shaft will grow thicker.

Hair loss is a curse. It’s ruined my life in so many ways. An absolute curse. I 100% support this guy, rooting for you brother
what's even worse is the "medicine" they push onto us. I got pushed onto minoxidil at age 19 and it "worked" for about 1.5 years and then did absolutely nothing other than destroy my scalp, cause aging, cause hair loss itself, and oily ugly texture. And we're told we have to use it for the rest of our lives which is total botchery.
The other one is finasteride which is essentially a castrating medicine that nukes our natural androgens. Hair loss sucks man

Don't ruin it any further. You might or might not have control, but it's your reaction that matters. Man up, man. You should learn to accept it, go bald, walk with confidence. At the end of the day it's only you.
My routine:
• Apply warm Littllleextra Cocoonioon oil and gently massage my scalp and tie hair in a protective hairstyle.
• I usually wake up at 8:00 am, but I wash my hair around 12:30 pm, so 14 hours later, I do my hair wash.
• Wet my hair with warm water.
• Use Cocoonioon shampoo about twice.
• Rinse and use plenty of hair conditioner.
• After 10 minutes later, I rinse with cold water.
• Dry my hair with a microfiber towel.
• Use a towel turban.
• Apply a lightweight serum after 30 minutes.
• Comb through to detangle.
• Allow my hair to air dry naturally.
• Secure my hair in a ponytail.
My hair is 10 inches long and I have 1b hair.
I usually do this only once a week on Sunday.
I got positive reviews about liittlextrra coocoonion shampoo, so after experimenting with different solutions, I decided to gave it a go. It’s worked well for my hair fall issue.
I'll tell you what I notice about the vast majority of this "if you're going bald, just shave it all off and be proud about being bald, own your baldness" type of content. It's the facetious and sadistic mockery that goes into this type of content. No, you're not supposed to be "proud" of something that makes you feel bad, and yes it does, nobody likes going bald, it's not a nice thing, it's not a beautiful thing, and one thing is you wanting to shave your hair off and "wear" a hairstyle, say, a buzz cut, it's ANOTHER thing entirely NOT having the option NOT to, it's sad and, if you can and you always can, FIGHT IT.
Bro there is another thing being on drugs for the rest of your life. Imo, both options aren’t good but being bald seems better, that gulping pills everyday with some people experiencing side effects like erecitle dysfunction and other complications.

I’m 25 and bald …. And I love it. At the End of day it’s your genes and you can’t fight your genes. If you’re meant to be bald so be it. Be a man and own it! Remember it’s only hair and eventually you will be old and bald might as well get use to it. I use to also think my hair was apart of my identity, it’s not. Your hair is not who you are … your charisma, your attitude, your morals, your self worth, your hobbies, your goals and dreams are who you are, not your hair.

From the time I was 18 years old until I hit 49 - I always cut my hair very short, almost bald. I was under the impression that if my head was going to go bald due to genetics. Well the opposite happened. I got the genes from my moms side and have begun to let my hair grow out. I am almost two years into my journey of long hair. I love it. Glad I never grew it out when I was younger - now I get to experience long hair as a older guy. And only a few grays to boot.

I thought he meant that most men don’t do anything drastic about it. They either go bald or do some version of a combover. It sounds like his daily routine is a lot of work but that’s what he has to do to have hair. Most people don’t care to do all that he’s doing maybe because they think it’ll seem vain to put so much effort into their appearance. If it makes you happy though, I say go for it.

Hims, Keeps or Kirkland bro, but if you're still losing hair you HAVE TO GET FINASTERIDE or it will keep getting worse. Minoxidil promotes hair growth but doesn't stop balding, Fin shuts down the receptors that convert testosterone to DHT which kills your hair follicles.
Talk to your dermatologist. Minoxidil stimulates hair growth but your issue is likely from the breakdown of Dihydrotestosterone. There are additional medications available.

I don't know why they call minoxidil, finasteride and ketoconazole the Big 3 when there's only One Big and it is finasteride. Minoxidil and ketoconazole won't do a s**t for your hairloss. They are dependent on fin, but fin can bring good results on it's own, everything else is just waste of money.
Minoxdil can help fin restimulate the hair. Once they start then fin keeps them

It takes about 1 minute to apply every day, or seconds if you're taking it orally. 1 minute out of your whole 24 hour day to keep your hair is pretty great imo.

Stress isn't a cause for hairloss as some people say. If it was we wouldn't be losing hair just on the top but also on sides and back of head. Horseshoe pattern hairloss is sign of bad family genes nothing else. But anyway, being under stress won't help regrow your hair.
stress speeds it up my hair loss was going at a slow speed until I got a new stressful job. Within 1 year of said job I lost 50% of my hair

There isn't enough potential donor hair to fully cover your head, so in order to have a successful hair transplant you need to have as much natural hair as possible on your head and you need the hair loss to have been stabilized. This is where medication and these mad routines come in. This guy is planning to get a hair transplant, but he only can if he has enough hair for it to work.
Unfortunately a lot of people don't know this when they go and get hair transplants, only to find in years time the natural hair still on their hair has continued to go and leave their hair fucked

If I let my hair grow its thin in the area where it would look like hulk Hogan it's just really thin hair but all the follicles are pretty much still there and they grow out just not as fast as the sides.

I used to have gorgeous thick black hair and I could change my face just by changing my hairstyle now I just have to shave it to look decent.
All based on genetics and the individual hair follicles. See a dermatologist and consider medication. The more hair you have the more the benefit.

Ey dudes, reading this, growing hair back is a thing. I’ve done it once already, currently doing it again.
The reason as to why I have to do it again is…well, bad life habits. Hats, 2-4 times daily showers and hair washing. Think about the worst things you can do to yourselves, iron deficiency etc. That’s me.
I’m 3-4 weeks into my regrowth and week 2-3 I noticed that I had lost a lot of hair, today (4-5 days in) and my hair is clearly fuller and getting darker. I just shaved with no guard and my hair is even, no clear sign of the top being lighter than the sides :).
