My 13-year-old son has a disease called PKU and he is really only able to eat Vegetables and fruits he has been learning to cook and this video so helped him and myself. Thank you so much!
India has 40% of its population as vegetarians.. others also eat vegetarian food most of the week days.. when an elephant survive with vegetarian food any body can.. don't worry that your child has to eat veg food only.. you too try for it and really it's good for health and body..
Dear VahChef I have learn a lot from your videos, here I would like to share with you my tips i.e. use Olive oil instead of any oil and use local honey instead of sugar, make it more healthier and tasteful dish, Thanks for your all the tips and salute to your dedication.
Thank you Vahchef. I'm going to prepare now I have all the ingredients. This is one of my favor dish. I was vegetarian for many ,many years . No anymore but I maintain a healthy diet.
I love your videos. I am a Persian and lived in Pakistan when I was a teenager. I have married a Tamil Indian, and love to try new food. Thank you for all your recipes.
I'm going to try and make this tomorrow! I think Indian cooking is the key to helping the world since it has a very large variety of vegetarian dishes, and vegetarian eating can help solve many climate change problems
Boris The Blade : ya, spices are healthy and transform otherwise boring vegetables. However the let down especially with restaurants is the oil. At home you can adjust. Most oils used are highly inflammatory oils: soyabean oil the worst. If you must Ghee is the way to go next coconut oil. Ghee is fantastic with this dish.
Love your recipes and way of cooking. My aloo gobi is our staple dish with roti. Today I tried your recipe here. We all enjoyed. Thank you. Keep teaching us.
Thankyou Dr Thumma ..ur dishes always motivate me ..I always prepare the dishes like u show but it does not taste like restaurant..Its frustrating for me since im in DFW for last 11yrs ..but atleast im heading somewhere..thanx again !!!
Hello Chef! On this day, I prepared aloo gobi, in the style you have mentioned in the video. Love it so much. All these years I prepared the same dish in a quite different way. But today I tried your way it came so yummy😋 everyone in my family enjoyed the recipe. Slight change I made, instead of aam powder I added 5 ml of tamarind pulp, because you have mentioned in the video aam powder is added for sourness, so I thought why not tamarind pulp. Thank you very much sharing this recipe with whole heart ❤️ I have to say you this, you got magical hands . God bless you and your family.❤️😇
i really like all cooking recepies you present being away from home country and in places where there are very few indian restaurants..its a good thing we can watch ur videos and cook..and have indian food in indian style..thanks a lot..and keep posting more and more videos
I am sure this sabji will be yummy, tasty and delicious. I loved the way it has been explained while cooking. Thanks for sharing this recipe video for the beginners in cooking field and regular viewers.
It's so entertaining to watch your videos, simply because apart from being a good chef you really enjoy your food. When you are cooking, I can tell you that you are dying to eat it! Keep the good work up!
I made this and it's absolutely delicious ! Definitely will be a staple for me, since cauliflower and potato are so cheap here. We don't have amchoor powder here, so I used lemon juice instead. Add it together with the spices and let it evaporate slightly, then add the (prefried) potato & cauliflower. I just omitted hing and kasoori methi as they too are not available where I live, it's still absolutely delicious. I did use the prefrying technique ;)
Hello Sanjaygaru, I tried this receipe and trust me my hubby and friends loved it a lot..Infact my hubby gave me a compliment that he never had such a nice Aloo gobi..Credit goes to you and only you..Thank you very much...I just changed a little instead of water i used Yogurt...Love your receipes ..you rock...

Great video! This and your Chicken 65 video are what got me into Indian cooking here at college. I should mention, since I'm a bit large/slow/unwieldy, that as a time-saving measure I like to skip the tomato/onion chopping part in favor of using some pico de gallo salsa. Works pretty well I've found and saves a few minutes.
Awesome dish I just Love it. Today I serve to my friend they all love it. @Vah Chef: Everyday I am trying one of your recipe when I am going to cook something.
I got the compliment from my husband: 'Your cooking is style for aloo gobi is like my mum'. I got inspired by you. ( Only i boiled my aloo and gobi first) then add to massala. In 30mins, it was done.
I like watching your cooking. It's great. May I ask you something. Could you put a list of ingredients in written form on the screen. I am not nativ english speaking and then sometimes I do not understand some of the names of the ingredients. In this I cannot understand the name of the white powder you put in the little bowl at the end before you put it in the dish. Thank you very much
