2 flower cauliflower
4 medium potato
2 onion
4 tomatoes
1 tsp chop garlic
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Kasoori methi
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 spoon salt
.400 ml oil for frying
1.5 tsp oil

Chef Ashok, your recipes look very good, and I have tried a few successfully.
But you need to have a cleaner cutting board and your mixer underneath also needs a good scrub.
