Hearing Jacob’s story about his height insecurities is so validating for me. I am pretty tall and have always been super insecure about it. Whenever I try discussing with people I’m usually shut down immediately so hearing another guy who had similar feelings about his height means a lot :)

I look at Jacob Elordi and get the feeling the acting jobs he is landing and being recognized as a heart throb annoys him. He likely wants to make more meaningful movies that fulfill his artistic and creative ideas. He's a grounded man. He will get there. It's hard to break into the business when the business is so superficial. I hope he hangs in there just enough to make his connections that will eventually lead him to more unique independent projects that allow him to truly explore himself as an actor with depth. But he's a fortunate man to be so genetically blessed. My wish for him is to get to that place where he can be more choosy.
have you seen euphoria? his character is extremely troubled and is hardly a heartthrob
you're right he should get more creative and challenging roles. he has a really interesting character in euphoria though (the series starring Zendaya), his character is basically the villain and is super damaged so it's not the typical heartthrob/ hot guy he gets cast as frequently.

Villanelle Eve I was hoping he had some more redeeming qualities towards the end of the first season and I felt like his character could’ve had the perfect story arc but it ended up falling flat. He is an amazing actor and his character deserves better writing.
