Hii
Need to see Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc here since they’re on the cover.

yall really changed euphoria to saltburn and had me questioning my time
I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE
FRRRR
He had me questioning my sexuality
theyre sneaky
EXACTLY
I love that he was not talking to the camera. He was actually talking to the people there behind the scenes
Dude is crazy humble. He’s a future superstar for sure.
ruclips.net/video/uh6oKqjT8go/видео.html vlog :)
@@MrSotero123 he really is and he’s like that in every interview he does !!
You’d love anything he does lol. You’re a simp for famous dudes.
@@MrSotero123 frrrr
i love how a lot of these items are usually a stereotype of being pretentious--a film camera, a fountain pen, classic novels--but he talks about all of them with such genuine interest and attachment that it doesnt seem pretentious at all
Well said! Most people on here who have those similar items somehow feel less genuine about why they have it. Like they think they should so they bring it but he actually gets joy out of them and uses them often.
@Sandy Onia Nah thanks, I like Satanism and it's freedom
@Sandy Onia no
@@Ilivedbih for reallll
Your comment is pretentious.
He has such a calm and relaxing voice, he needs to voice one of those sleeping apps lol. I also love how he's the polar opposite of the characters he plays, it's a real testament to his acting skills.
Wow, he's lucky he's an incredible actor because he is boooooooring. WOW...
@@gottalovetheinternet nah, he just likes simplicity and there’s nothing wrong with that.
He looks really kind and lovely!
@@CocoPopssss exactly
@@gottalovetheinternet you are probablly the boring one to write that.
i love how every product he showed really was humble and him, instead of just expensive materialistic things that i’ve seen everyone do on here
like his $10000 watch?
Like a bandana that he had to search for and ended up getting in Paris, when it just looks like a regular bandana?
@@dhdufsbebsud9976 yeah I love Jacob to pieces but I wouldn't say he's devoid of materialistic desires.
I've watched quite a few of these 10 things essentials, and in almost every one of them there is always a comment like yours, where they exalt the actor or athlete's humbleness by the simple products they consider essential. It's gotten to the point where it's more unique to be more materialistic lol.
Someone is a delusional fan XD
love how he’s so in touch with art & history
nah, you just find him cute, otherwise you wouldn't be excited for that 💀
@@itsDelfi go outside 💀 stop caring so much about what people are saying, jesus they are allowed to have opinions
@@itsDelfi fr 💀 bro just said “Marxism” and “Salvador Dali” and now he’s a cognoscente of historical artworks
Smart &Kind .....Men are the ticket Ladies!.... We are rare
Usually, a lot of artists on this show bring things that are completely unused/untouched. Especially journals and books. But I liked that you could see that he was actually using these things.
Also, seems like he is really invested in the image of an artist and therefore is very influenced by that. For example, carrying the cards, or the history of the watch.
Or when artists bring in their film camera, and say the whole pretentious reason of shooting on that format is the reason why they love film. But you know Jacob actually has a passion for cinema & film.
ruclips.net/video/uh6oKqjT8go/видео.html vlog :D
Jacob has a really good head on his shoulder and I love how he's intouch with the characters that he plays
GQ is smart for changing the title a year later 😂
what was it before
He’s the exact opposite of his Euphoria character! He’s such an amazing actor!!
And gentleman
He’s a bit of an old soul. And you can tell he’s almost a bit embarrassed by his fame and that he takes his craft very seriously. Respect to this gorgeous artist
that little tote bag story was so real and relatable, idk I found it very endearing :) seems like a good guy
He's such a down to earth person. Love this interview. Thankyou GQ
ruclips.net/video/uh6oKqjT8go/видео.html vlog :)
His dating history makes him look like a Playboy but watching him like this, feels like he is straight Outta novel.
i love his accent. and I also love that he actually knows his essentials and has an interesting “reason” behind each one
ruclips.net/video/uh6oKqjT8go/видео.html vlog !!
he's got such a captivating personality he's someone you just want to know more about and im happy his career is really taking off now.
Jacob is in many ways a very analog guy and I like that about him a lot. He likes hard copies, tangible reminders. We get so used to seeing tech as one or multiple essentials so it's refreshing that he is anchored by more simple and attainable things. And anyone who has pen preferences is ok in my book.
They changed the title💀 I had already watched this before saltburn
what was it before
Admitting you got charged $54 for a TOTE BAG on camera. That's bravery.
There’s nothing more satisfying then watching an interview of someone who u can feel is truly genuine! I’ve been following Jacob since 2018 but he’s remained so true to himself, I admire it so much. He’s one of the few celebrities who takes time to answer the questions, and who gives truthful answer. Though he’s still very reserved he’ll break down his walls in interviews sometimes and it’s so cool to watch!
All of these things could be so pretentious but you can tell he has a spiritual and emotional attachment to all of them and that makes this kind of show and tell so genuine. I love seeing this
The film he was referring to with his books was Saltburn!!
was looking for this comment! i thought the same for sure
He would be great in an American Psycho Netflix series remake.
An American Psycho Series sounds so good…. Tho I don’t know if netflix is the right choice. They are known to not respect the source material.
Oh God no
Why remake something that's already good lmao???
That’s so oddly specific lmao
There is absolutely nothing that would be added by a series remake of the already classic movie. If you want to experience the story in a new then I bet you haven’t read the original book, so you could do that.
jacob is one of the most real and genuine celebrities . i love listening to him talk because he’s just so normal and has such a good head on his shoulders .
yaaaaaaaa
I feel like the character he was writing for in that journal was Felix Catton, the book gives off major Saltburn vibes.
Lol this was originally named euphoria and they just recently changed the title to saltburn, they're sneaky
He’s like straight out of a fairytale or the modern day Shakespeare. Rare gem.
This dude is an incredible actor, because I absolutely HATE him in Euphoria, but adore him in real life.
Me Too
I just fell in love HARD for this man. He’s literally the type of guy I would go crazy about, I mean the camera, the silver rings, the watercolors, his dog Layla? Perfection
i hope he NEVER loses his accent, the aussie accent is just beautiful!!
this man is so down to earth, it’s so beautiful to see
he’s so smart and articulate. i could listen to him talk for hours
He got that old soul inside him, he’s pretty humble and awkward and I thought it makes him a bit special.
i hope he receives much more appreciation, bcuz he actually seems like a down-to-earth, generous, and kind person and not aggressive like in the role he plays.
What a thoughtful intentional human being. He seems very down to earth and genuine. Rare kind of person.
adding saltburn to the title lmao
This is called marketing, it is very common in this environment.
i love how he always carries this little objects with him that actually have a meaning or backstory it’s really entertaining and cute lol
There’s something naive about him, in an endearing way. He seems to be buying and getting certain things simply because someone he admires (especially an actor/director) has done the same thing. If Heath Ledger had the that camera, then I’ll have the same camera. If Kubrick wore that watch, then I’ll wear one too. You can tell he’s an eager young actor and wants to acquire a certain respect in the field. As I’ve said, naive but in a very endearing way.
he’s such a nice guy omg, how he’s able to transform into the monster that Nate is wild to me. He’s so talented
I love how he’s the complete opposite of his character in Euphoria
Also he gained a bit of American accent naturally on top of his Australian accent
I absolutely love Jacob and this video. I also love how much of an old soul he is and how his stuff shows that. It’s so cool that his dog is his best friend just like mine too.
Such a great interview! Jacob seems like the type of friend you can talk to for hours about anything and everything. AND he’s a Harry Potter fan?! Love him even more now! 😭❤️
@Sandy Onia Great! Thanks, sis!
he’s so down to earth about everything it’s so refreshing
I love how passionately he speaks. I'm pretty sure this is the first interview I've seen of him i think those are my favorites i like seeing his personality show compared to a character
This is such a calming, comforting video. He has a remarkably soothing voice and personality.
Jacob talking about his dog > everything
he calls her an angel... when is it my turn
@@faithharding8052 SAME 😩
i love how most of his things are vintage and stuff you wouldn't expect people to carry around with them anymore. He's very much an old soul🥰😇
I love how some of Jacobs interviews title gets changed
Appreciate that his essentials are actually original and unique. Much more interesting and holds more value
Love how GQ are changing the titles to “Saltburn’s Jacob Elordi” as if they need more views
This is called marketing, it is very common in this environment.
He seems like the definition of a “poetic soul”.
I don’t know why I find this comment so funny😂😂😭😭
The tokens are such a great idea
dude keeps a whole library on him at all times
He’s so so sweet I’m in awe of how lovely a person he is
Jacob is such an interesting person. Love him. Thanks GQ!
This video was refreshing and I genuinely smiled when he spoke of all his belongings.
It's Nice to find a young actor who Thinks. You can tell he's a little embarrassed about sharing his 'Essentials' by the 'flush'. I look forward to his Future Projects.
The way he talks about his dog, it just melted my heart 🥺❤️
the way they changed the title to saltburn made me question everything LMFAOOO
He’s so wholesome it’s adorable
he seems so grounded. i luv tht
This was easily one of the best essentials interviews
Great to see. He's a real traditionalist, I'd say he can survive perfectly without a phone.
the way he chooses to articulate his words is so satisfying
Now he understands times changed. He bought ab$50 tote bag and I love it how he said he feels bad for buying such a expensive tote. He understands value of money I am amazed now even some actors feels our daily pains how to are ends week.
“I have too many tote bags…” Me everytime I buy a tote I do not need. 😂
love his manner, fun/brilliant/ sweet fella
The fact that they changed it to "saltburn" 😂
Jacob elordi is spiritually a nice empathetic highly emotionally aware of everything and himself ✨ 💕
broooo you can really see how much he values his craft...so professional but also so humble...you're so smart jacob elordi i think i like you even more
He is so thoughtful and articulate.
For some reason, this particular one felt quite genuine.
As someone who was just in the ER yesterday, I stan someone who always has a book on them. Also I have so much in common with him? I also shoot medium format and firmly believe my Yashica is the best camera in the world
Can't wait to see what projects he's working on next. Jacob Elordi seems like such a cool person.
I'm so in love with him it's unreal. He's a great human being 🥰
I’m actually obsessed w him. He’s very intelligent and his interests and thought process is very interesting to me.
he always gives “overstudies for a test” kind of vibes but it’s endearing.
He’s so cute when he talks about being nervous about the tote bag price 😊
chill guy
He's like the anti Nate Jacobs. So gentle, curious, sweet & genuine ❤
You can tell he is more in love with the art of acting. Then the fame of being an actor.
He has a very deep soul. His looks are lovely, but he has so much so much more to offer.
Jacob talking about his dog is the cutest thing ever awwww :')
I love he has an obsession with art and photography its so cute
He is just soooo captivating. Gorgeous, deep, insightful....
He looks and sounds so scary but he seems like the nicest and sweetest person
Shakespeare & Company ♥️ they deserve all the love such an amazing independent bookstore!
Such a sweetheart. The way he describes Layla. 😍
Hes the sweetest I love this
Anyone else notice they’ve changed the title of this video to “saltburns” now
Was not expecting him to sound like this or be this calm / soothing.
I don‘t know anything about this guy but he‘s so charming.. i watch these kind of video format alot and he managed to put so much personality in this it‘s incomparable to anyone i‘ve watched. He‘s actually interesting to listen to i mean he says stuff that has substance haha and is interesting etc. Such a unique character. I‘ll ne checking out his stuff 100% i enjoyed this alot. He‘s so young too like howw? So much personality👍🏻
What a genuinely nice guy 😄❤️
Jacob Elordi the man that u r 🔥
he’s genuinely so captivating
I loved the way he talks about his dog Layla. It seems to me that he love her so much and respect her more than everything in this world. Now he changed my mind about him. Thank u for this amazing video GQ! 🥰
I can watch him all day
he seems quite nerdy. best persons to get along with.
Frl like the complete opposite of Nate.
tell him how much i love him
he is such a wonderful human being oh my god
