"Hollow" when you're in sector 5 and "NPTK" when you have the Chapter 14 Clerith date. The lyrics of these two songs will also lead you to the two characters. And add the above comment. Or maybe you're really going with "these songs are for everyone". You do you, I guess.
To deny or diminish Cloud and Aerith's love for each other is at one's own peril. Cleriths are precious in that way, so I want to celebrate you (and your friend) for creating and showcasing Clerith's deep connection. It was done in such a way that is truthful and undeniably canonical :D

Aerith is such a beautiful character! I felt so connected to her story. As someone who comes from a family that migrated to other country looking for a better life, I always found it hard to connect with people because you know, you're a foreigner... I did not have any childhood friends or a hometown to cherish and even in the present it's hard for me to find true friends haha (yeap, I'm a loner xD) unfortunately I don't a have personality as Aerith, I'm more like Cloud haha who doesn't want to get closer to people or be rejected. Thank you so much! I really enjoy the Clerith moments, all people should have an Aerith in their lives haha
Thanks for sharing your story, I can relate to Aerith in similar fashion as well. I was constantly moving around growing up from place to place, I never had the chance to make childhood friends because of that. So I felt lonely many times as a kid, thankfully I grew up in a family of 7 though, so I always had my sisters and brothers. But never had that person outside of the family until my late teenage years.
I never knew I would have fallen in love with this ship this much up to this day. These two are my absolute favorite pair in the FF franchise and your video shows how amazing cloud and aerith are for each other. Great video!

The best love story ever written in fiction. And that is coming from an adult man who is far from being into romantic stuff anymore. I sincerely feel sorry for people who couldn't been there back in 1997, to experience this revolutionary game and it's legendary moment of losing Aerith. The experience that emotionally shaped many people, including myself, life changing even. And then almost 30 years of buildup, which had its ups (the novels; Cloud cameos in various other games where he was always searching for a way to reunite with Aerith; beautiful fanfics exploring the "what if" possibilities for Cloud and Aerith) and downs (Compilation... what a huge waste of potential and a disservice to the universe and story in general). Then the day has come where the Remake was announced and no one even expected, that this time things may go different, and after all those years of grieving, dreams may be coming true. The emotional payoff this game has brought is impossible to describe, it cannot be topped by any other form of media. We are right here, living the dream, experiencing the most beautiful tragic love story, with now a chance of making things right. The ultimate FANTASY of reuniting with the most beloved person, changing the fate which we've believed for 30 years to be sealed. I hope writers and devs are aware of this absolute masterpiece of art they have in their hands. It would be very easy to ruin this now (both games so far had some flaws when it comes presenting this story and what could have been done with it to make it even better). OG has canonicaly happened, they have lost each other once, now is the time to make things right and make Cloud and Aerith happy, to make their fans who grew up with them happy. To write an ending that will go down in history as the best love story told across 3 decades.

When it comes to clerith everything seems perfect, even the skywheel date where clotis were happy that they kissed, but I’m sorry that doesn’t seem like something cloud would do.. he is a shy non womanizer guy who barely knows how to process his emotions or even know how to flirt and rizz a woman up T.T so to suddenly see him take reigns and kiss tifa felt so off for me”don’t get me wrong the moment was perfect with the fireworks and all”, but compared to the clerith date? That was absolutely the cloud we know, even hand holding made him shy and he was side eyeing aerith to see if she was ok with it xD that’s exactly how it should go. Great job on the video tho!!
I would also like to say about the reaction of the heroines to his gesture, Tifa accepts hugs and kisses too calmly, she is a little surprised by the hugs, but it was a very fleeting emotion that even the montage does not focus on, in general, for her such behavior on the part of Cloud turned out to be normal, emotions are minimal, and even a minimum of return, Tifa doesn't do anything and that's why the scene is so bad. Aerith was the initiator of intimacy, although it was a big step for her (no, flirting on her part for two games is not even close to what happens in this scene), while she was surprised by the response, because such a step is not typical of Cloud's closed disposition, but he is still not sure in himself, which is demonstrated by his look at her, he remains true to his nature in the scene with her, which causes a smile on her face. The english localization team at SE seems to love inserting random changes to the dialog. While they are mostly not too egregious, they do end up unnecessarily changing the original meaning of many of the lines. Not sure if they are trying to make CA appear more neutral than it is mainly, but it's annoying and is starting to become a noticeable trend.

i never undstand people who ship CT, when there this thing (CA) are in the game...... i assume most of them are just tifa fans, and want tifa more screentime = highest chance to get more screentime is to romanticizing with main chars
I really hope Cloud and Aerith reunited in Part 3, everybody knows that even the dev teams of FF7 that Clerith is Canon, period. From the lyrics i guess they will meet each other "on our street" (where they first met) and "in a chance that we'll share a glance". I am being hopeful here that, .Aerith is alive after the planet is saved, and that Cloud and Aerith meet "on our street" probably a dream or in real life. Then Cloud will go to "their place" the flower bed at the church where Aerith waited for him. That will be the best ending of the FF7 series
Whenever i hear the "take my hand and never let me go" the first scene that come in my mind is at the end of og when cloud try to reach aerith hand in the north crater this moment was so beautiful
This is so beautiful, thank you so much! 😭❤️ I started my journey with them when remake came out (I just finished my first ff at the time, FFXV)and all I saw circulating on the internet was the Cloud/Tifa pairing. It didn't picked my interest but since people labelled it as the couple of the game I thought "maybe they will grown in me, maybe I will love them by the end of the game" but then Aerith happened. Don't know what it was but since their first meeting she captivated me and by chapter 8 I was totally in love with Clerith. Rebirth cemented this for me and I truly believe that this trilogy is to give them an happy ending.
Yeah it's crazy how many people go into it thinking or "knowing" that Cloud and Tifa are the alleged pairing. But then they play and they see that first scene between Cloud and Aerith on the streets of Midgar and the flower, some get hooked there or at least get very curious. And then shortly after the church scene seals the deal.
That was a pretty great music video. Many moments I adored was featured. Wish the photo side quest from Rebirth was here too.. after Cloud and Aerith take a photo together; Cloud calls out to Aerith and then he decided to dismissed what he originally wanted to tell her. I thought it was a charming scene even if the player was left out in the dark. The player could infer a many things from that but I personally think Cloud wanted to her Aerith that he has geostigma and that his love grows stronger for her and for Tifa.. maybe he can't decide.
My romance empire they changed my life for real they made me realize new things in my life and i really hope after all these years both of them get there happy ending and reunite again in there place. ✨☁️🌏

Yeah I've played OG on several occassions over many years, from when I was a kid, teen, up until now. Re-Triolgy is faithful overall but there are many liberties taken and differences, so it's not 1 to 1

Hey if anyone notice the only girl that used to caress Cloud cheek is only Aerith, I don't the other girl including Tifa ever did that, am I wrong? also I wonder how the story goes if the one who end up dead is Tifa, would Cloud end up the same like in the AC? I bet he will be angry and hunt sephiroth to no ends but would he lose the will to live like in the AC?
Aerith's death undoubtedly caused him to feel a void in his life that probably nothing and no one could fill. His depression was additionally intensified by a sense of guilt. Although at the end AC he seemed to feel some kind of relief and Tifa contributed to that too. Even though I consider myself Clerith, I don't rule out the possibility that if Tifa hadn't survived and Aerith had, Cloud's condition could have been similar. It would probably depend a lot on the specific circumstances in which she would have died. Let's not forget that Aerith died literally in front of Cloud.
Played this game back in 97 when I was 12. Awkward like Cloud and most ppl at that age tbh. Copied Aerith flirting style because I always wanted to meet someone like that. I'm not sure how I feel about her character change og to remakes. Mature vs girly... Hmmmm
The most important thing is that she is girly when she can afford it, but in the most important moments she becomes more mature than most people would be in those situations

I really hope Cloud and Aerith reunited in Part 3, everybody knows that even the dev teams of FF7 that Clerith is Canon, period.
From the lyrics i guess they will meet each other "on our street" (where they first met) and "in a chance that we'll share a glance". I am being hopeful here that, .Aerith is alive after the planet is saved, and that Cloud and Aerith meet "on our street" probably a dream or in real life. Then Cloud will go to "their place" the flower bed at the church where Aerith waited for him. That will be the best ending of the FF7 series

I started my journey with them when remake came out (I just finished my first ff at the time, FFXV)and all I saw circulating on the internet was the Cloud/Tifa pairing. It didn't picked my interest but since people labelled it as the couple of the game I thought "maybe they will grown in me, maybe I will love them by the end of the game" but then Aerith happened. Don't know what it was but since their first meeting she captivated me and by chapter 8 I was totally in love with Clerith.
Rebirth cemented this for me and I truly believe that this trilogy is to give them an happy ending.
Yeah it's crazy how many people go into it thinking or "knowing" that Cloud and Tifa are the alleged pairing. But then they play and they see that first scene between Cloud and Aerith on the streets of Midgar and the flower, some get hooked there or at least get very curious. And then shortly after the church scene seals the deal.

That was a pretty great music video. Many moments I adored was featured.
Wish the photo side quest from Rebirth was here too.. after Cloud and Aerith take a photo together; Cloud calls out to Aerith and then he decided to dismissed what he originally wanted to tell her. I thought it was a charming scene even if the player was left out in the dark. The player could infer a many things from that but I personally think Cloud wanted to her Aerith that he has geostigma and that his love grows stronger for her and for Tifa.. maybe he can't decide.
My romance empire they changed my life for real they made me realize new things in my life and i really hope after all these years both of them get there happy ending and reunite again in there place. ✨☁️🌏

Have you played original ?? how faithful remake and rebirth to og , i started with remake and that became my fav game of all time and rebirth exceeded my expectations dunno much about og though and is ff15 good completed ff16 and crisis core too they were fun too .
Yeah I've played OG on several occassions over many years, from when I was a kid, teen, up until now. Re-Triolgy is faithful overall but there are many liberties taken and differences, so it's not 1 to 1

@@kshitiztawra8366 I don't mind the ending one bit, in truth it has aged quite well in mind and continues to do so as more time passes. Aerith is very much alive in one of the timelines and I see there being a ultimate reunion in store for pt3.

Hey if anyone notice the only girl that used to caress Cloud cheek is only Aerith, I don't the other girl including Tifa ever did that, am I wrong? also I wonder how the story goes if the one who end up dead is Tifa, would Cloud end up the same like in the AC? I bet he will be angry and hunt sephiroth to no ends but would he lose the will to live like in the AC?
Aerith's death undoubtedly caused him to feel a void in his life that probably nothing and no one could fill. His depression was additionally intensified by a sense of guilt. Although at the end AC he seemed to feel some kind of relief and Tifa contributed to that too. Even though I consider myself Clerith, I don't rule out the possibility that if Tifa hadn't survived and Aerith had, Cloud's condition could have been similar. It would probably depend a lot on the specific circumstances in which she would have died. Let's not forget that Aerith died literally in front of Cloud.
