- I made it back from Bimini in what was perfect conditions and was able to beat my personal best time in travel out of all my trips. I have never seen it this calm before but I did take full advantage of it.

Great video, new to your channel. When you reserve the marina at Fisherman’s village, do you ask for a specific space or are they assigned.?
I usually request the same spot I always get by the wall since there is no current in that section of the marina.

I have got to tell you that looks awesome. I would love to make that trip. I know here in SoCal even on glass day it gets choppy near shore, most likely due to the warm air off the shore mixing with cooler water. Is 51mph your top end? Would you use your "best economical" cruise speed? Again awesome
No i too out at 59-60 but I had the trim tabs a few bars in to make the side as smooth as possible. The best cruising speed is about 36-38 mph where I’m burning at around 1.6-1.7mpg

hey buddy great video, i stumble cross your channel and meant to ask. Im taking the boat down to key Largo and im making the cross in few weeks, i have seen few routes, should i take the ICW and then cut through angels cut or head east on KL then northeast? any input will be appreciated, TIA
It depends on the conditions if it’s nice and Caleb just go straight from key largo and curve up going NE. If it’s a little choppy I cut in thur Stiltsville and then go up till about ocean reef club then cut back out since my port is on the ocean side

How much fuel do you burn through making the crossing?
Usually I waste about 100 gallons round trip. On this Trip back we were pinned down and I burned about 55 Gallons from Bimini To Miami
