Why wasn't this torched picked up by other talented people. Women SUPPORT whatever system is in place - they don't CHANGE it - which is why white folk have their corporations FILLED with black women in KEY positions. Plus - if he plays boss-man plays his cards right while they work for him... he can usually "tap" that! So it's up to THE BROTHA!!
