Ghost cam the right way around - actual cams that chop and tuning to hide it instead of taking a stock engine and dialing the VVT to the point the engine runs like ass. I approve.
What gives away a car alot is the no cats. Cops dont know if a car has a cam or not but they can tell if the exhaust is modified by how loud and stinky it is.

Nate Rider great vid as always. I just want to point out one thing that I hope you will take to heart. If you run a race tune all the time you will prematurely wear out your connecting rod bearings as they will be under a lot of stress all the time and Ford is not known to use the highest quality rod bearings. I learned this lesson the hard way ($4k) with my 2007 GT. Take care and keep those vids coming.

Click bait trash. How is this ghost cams? Your. Car doesn’t have VVT. No 3 valve does 😂
you have aftermarket cams installed in the car. you changed the idle speed then named a tune file “ghost” and said you had a ghost cam tune😂
“You can put your car back to stock” forgot the car comes stock idling at 1100 RPM lol as long as you get the views I guess
'Ghost cams' are largely controlled by ignition timing and very minimally vvt if none at all.
I park out of the way and a key still found the door recently...but no dent. It only took a day to get over it.
I'm just trying to figuring out for 07 4.0 mustang ghost cam tune but this dude's face seems like he had cracks for 6 years and had weeds together 🤣🤣🤣
Tuned my 2010 GT with the Bama handheld tuner just a few months back...
Loaded the 91 octane race tune, and at first experienced no issues. But then as I tried to switch tunes, (trying to test the performance tune), the car began to have multiple issues... Up to the point where she wouldn’t even start at times! Scared me so bad that I ended up reverting her to stock before sending the tuner in for a return. I’ll never touch a handheld tuner again, thank God you have better luck than I do. 😦

How did you download the ghost cam tune on your mustang? I called bama and they said it was for only 5.0 and my mustang is a 2010 gt 4.6, please help.

Hi mate, this would use a fair bit more fuel, but not a deal killer. A better way to do it would be via adjusting your cam timing - does your engine have variable cam timing?
Dude on mine. Race tune is aggressive . One tap and she takes off. Performance is calmer. Both are 91 octane. But my speedo is off by 10mph.
D F make sure you have the right gear ration on your tuner

No cats on my 2003ustang gt, when i see cops i accelerate very slowly😂😂😂,especially in san diego. i also just got my car back it was with a mechanic for a month😢😢, and he gave it back to me in bad conditions. But i fixed it my self and its ready for the street😀:).

Bama isn't bad but for a starter tune. But it sucks if you are fbo or heavily modded. They don't even ask for datalogs. They just go by a list based off the mods you tell them you have on how to make the tune. When I had bama I offered to send datalogs to see if they can tweak stuff so that I get better performance. They always said I didn't need to. And I had random surging going on. I put the cobra jet manifold on my 5.0. They sent me a tune for it but it revved to about 6900 rpm. With that manifold it needs to rev higher for max power. I told them and they send another one saying it was fixed. Still wasn't revving. I ended up switching companies. Current tune is so much better, faster, and mpg went up. If bama didn't have free tunes for life then nobody would use them.

I may have some comp Motha thmprs with the VCT limiter kit from my 05 3v car for sale soon. Im going turbo. I'ma lock my Phasers and buy some custom grind turbo cams from somewhere. Haven't decided yet. You can click on my pic and hear the cams run thru Shorty's, an x pipe and stock 05 ford mufflers. I'll keep you guys posted when I decide to tear it apart and put em up 4 sale.

Hey bro i have been running Bama 91P on mine. Since I got the tune not too long ago, I have yet to try the 91R tune. Do you really notice much difference between the two? And I have to say, idk why so many people knock Bama tunes. For the money, they seem like a quality tune. Keep up the good work!

Just made one video since the weather on the north east has not been kind. I plan on putting out some vids when u can. Your car looks and sounds great. I have the trackey with my Boss which it has this loopy idle that it sounds crammed up it’s awesome. CRUZ_GT so is my state but we still do it anyways. Anyone even with modified exhaust like X pipes and H pipes etc we still do it 🤷🏻♂️ yes it’s a hefty fine but it’s whatever same for cams. Go big or go home.

However people already have loud exhaust and illegal window tints etc. hearing chopping sounds during idle is the same as standing with illegal tints etc. so this video isn’t very understanding much to me. I also get they may be strict about that shit but this applies almost everywhere in the country cause in Pennsylvania it’s the same thing.

I have a 09 3valve with a TruDyno custom tune ,cat back's ect ,I wonder if big cams would have to have a different tune, I imagine it would ,maybe somebody knows.
Of course you need to tune your car for the cams.
