I also find that people have zero room for criticizing Costa Rica even if you also talk about the things you like. It only seems fair to be able to talk about both sides. Thanks for another great video!
Another great video. I like the seashell shower curtain hooks. Didn’t mean to overstay my welcome! lol Missing section? Was it #10? Funny how your lights flickered proving your point about utilities not being 100% reliable.
Hola Señor Ed. First off I agree with Martha’s comment. If you are somehow supposed to be living in a Utopia (no such place), then you need to cut back on whatever you’re into. Telling people that CR is without criticism is not honest, it’s the same wherever you live, it’s never without its own faults. Add long haul truckers to my list. I was a professional driver in another life, and the only time I’d use my Jake Brakes/Retarder Brakes to slow my vehicle was on a hill or slope, never in a town, city or residential area. First off this is a pretty large town and the traffic, people riding bikes or walking on Routa #34 is the only direct road thru town. The speeds they drive, the distance between each truck, or tailgating cars and whatever else is in front of them is insane. Add to their common use of their airhorns to warn someone to get out of the way, is just simply lazy driving on a flat paved road. Use your foot brake and your gears to slow your speed, at least drive the speed limit, vehicle drivers are not angels either, to say the least. Enforcement of that infraction alone is pretty much not enforced. Putting a traffic light in one dangerous crossing here in Uvita is not near enough, there needs to be more and enforcement of the laws. Don’t get me started on the motorcycle riders (🏍️ Motos) that is one of the most insane form of driving I’ve ever witnessed. There are more deaths statistically here in CR than any other form of transportation, but these riders seem unaware of that statistic at all. Anyway, I wasn’t watching you take a shower, I just hadn’t finished my point yet. 😄 Pura Vida!
Thanks for making my Morning Breakfast GREAT, I'm in a small town in El Golfo de CANJELITO GUANACASTE, , I see some gringos in Jicaral, that can't wait for everything is Mañana Tomorrow life with Ticos, they want everything a Ratrace now, getting P,off for nothing,
I just moved to Guanacaste last month and I am nervous about the upcoming tourist season. I’ve already experienced enough arrogant gringos that leave me feeling embarrassed. I live close to Tamarindo. Yikes.
