- With "Thicker Than Blood" we wanted to shoot a video that celebrates the 5th and most important member of the band. Our fans. So we shot it from the fans point of view.
No matter how great a band believes they are… you cannot achieve your dreams of touring the world and doing what you love the most, performing, without your fans.
It’s the most important relationship in our career.

Also saw an interview here on RUclips where Nuno said he hoped to do a video for every song. I'd like to see what he comes up with when he does X Out. Since it sounds like a Gary song maybe he'll let Gary come up with the concept.
I second this notion! Save me and X-out have a lot of creative potential!

@@machoalexandro hard disagree. Extreme never had a set sound in my opinion, and they just went for a harder, more rock focused album. Still love their older stuff as well.
Maybe it’s because I have been a fan since 1989…but I wish people would quit calling this a comeback or a return. Extreme hasn’t been away for the past 15 years even when the members would put out other stuff. More people just started listening because they put out new material. They have been touring fairly regularly for the past 16 years but other things got in the way of putting out a new album before now, one of the reasons being the pandemic and the enjoyment of playing the new music for the fans.
35 years of concerts, and this was one of the best I’ve ever seen! These guys are tight🤘🤪🤘
I love and feel the song! I was adopted and love is thicker than blood! Family are the ones who choose to stick around because of love ❤️
One's true family are those that have respect and joy in each other's lives. Members of the same family are not always born under the same roof! :-)
These guys are the genuine article, they sound as good today as they did 30 years ago.

There is not a lot that can beat a live music video, pure energy, what a song. Such a grower this album, Extreme's Innuendo

By far the best album to come out in years in my opinion. Definately the comeback of the year. I was eagerly awaiting for them to release this album & it did not disappoint. Thicker Than Blood is my jam. I can't get enough of this song...the whole album actually. It is on heavy rotation in my car every single day. 😊

The song itself is awesome and the guitar solo within the song is one of the most unique and brilliant pieces of music ever, and the mix is perfection!

I love that you guys have maintained the same core selfhood as a band throughout but are changing the ingredients in a lot of ways, like 28 years ago this particular musical sensation got expressed as Never Been Funked.
Gary & Nuno are in such great shape. And you can tell how much they love performing. They're so physical and egaged with the audience. And I base that off the many times I've seen them live, not just this great video.

This video was shot at the HOB in Anaheim. It was the last song of their encode. They actually played it twice to get both footage of the band and crowd. It was an EXTREMEly awesome experience.

I wasn't a huge fan of this song (at least not as much as a few others off Six) - until I heard them play it live last week. It was one of their best songs, incredible.

Yours truly at the 9 second time frame(black Extreme Cap and Extreme shirt waiting outside before doors opened)!! I was stage left(Nuno's side) against the barricade, it was an epic night and I am glad I captured a lot of it on film(Adame's Concert Therapy -- RUclips Channel), Nuno even came up for some close ups throughout the night!! Met them afterwards, great bunch of guys, it was truly worth every penny to fly from Houston to Anaheim to specifically attend this sold out show!! Thanks Nuno, Gary, Pat, and Kevin for the great hospitality afterwards! Look forward to seeing y'all in Austin and my hometown of Houston next week!!! PAKANUGA!!!!!!!!

Esse álbum é uma obra de arte e se tornará uma relíquia daqui uns 30 anos como os álbuns anteriores. Eles voltaram incríveis, pena que demorou muito tempo, poderiam ter feito mais uns 5 álbuns antes desse.
I've seen a couple of interviews where Nuno has regrets leaving the band instead of just taking some time off and just doing his solo projects.
This song is tied with "Rise" as my favorite on this album! Wait... I love "Rebel," too. And then there's "Other Side of the Rainbow," and "Beautiful Girls." (Those are my summer vibes.) Forget it! The WHOLE album is a JAM!!! (And why weren't this band nominated for a Grammy???!!!)

Another great addition to the video collection from this amazing album! THANK YOU Extreme for bringing this level of quality back to rock music! I saw you earlier on this tour with my 16-year-old daughter and she was blown away. We will be seeing you again, from the second row, in CT on 1/26/2024. (It is not lost on me that this is EVH's birthday! Hmm) Please keep writing new music. The rock world, frankly, needs you. I believe "Saudades" was amazing also, and espoused the concept that (even back then) rock needed this injection (yearning). These songs and videos are timeless and forever. Wishing you all the best.
