Heywoah is always *this* close to start a stormcast army, I can feel it, he actually has a lot more knowledge of the army than a lot of people I know that play the game extensively. Also seems he enjoys some of their modells (that aren't birds obv.)
I think it'd be StD before SCE. But either way he's not likely to start any new armies.

With the rubber stamp thick fake runes, you can always fill them in with miliput and then freehand the scrolls. I agree that they look better without the runes.
