Stop speaking sh*t about yourself. Words manifest.

When I started to pay attention to how I spoke about myself, my goals and the things that happened to me, I noticed I was unconsciously focusing on everything through lack.
Even if I was jokingly complaining about something, the energy that was attached to it was negative. Negative self talk is poisonous.
Starting to change the words we say and changing the way we speak in general will take time. It was especially difficult with people I used to gossip with and complain about life.
When you don't want to continue with conversations like this, you might notice there's not much to discuss about.
Change your words and you will change the way you see things.
