so on this video I'm using embroidery backing since I do embroidery I have this stuff in my shop you can get it at any fabric stores like joann or even Walmart I get mine at ALPHABRODER.com, again this embroidery backing/stabilizer
I used this type of ink but for some reason it's hardened on my screen to the consistency of cement, is there a special trick to reclaiming the gutter ink off

We use a chemical called PRESS SPRAY AND WIPE to remove the ink and adhesive

could use this for decal paper or temporary tattoo paper ?
I don't think you can use it for temporary tattoo paper this ink is very thick mainly for screen printing
