Thanks for posting this. Is there too much play in the upper control arm ball joint. Shouldn't this be replaced?
Imma see how tight it is when all together. It spins but not loose inside socket. I’m considering JZX100 arms so want to ride these as long as I can.

So the GS, SC and IS all use this same boot? Would it be safe to say a stock boot off an IS would fit the SC?
I think the GS/SC might use a different orientation and lower ball joint design but the boot size is the same.
How have the ball joint cover held up in terms of sealing?
Good. I replaced the lower ball joints in case. But the steering boot is good just a maintenance item to check for grease every oil change.
I need this done on my is250 🤦♂️
Definitely if the ball joints aren’t too far gone due to dust and dirt intrusion.
How have they been holding up so far?
No issues.
