I think this is North Indian cuisine. After this pandemic ends, please visit India. You will get totally different local cuisines in different parts of India ( totally means TOTALLY...as if you're in another country😅). It varies in every state and even different cultures, cuisines and language in a single state. my state Assam is in Northeast India and we have different dishes by different tribes and communities. Love from India❤
The title should be 'taste of Punjabi food' or 'taste of popular dishes of north india' not India. It is a huge country with rich diversity. You cannot imagine the cuisine of whole country with that menu

India is a diverse country with 1000+ languages and even more cuisines. I wonder if people of other countries know about any other dishes, other than north indian ones. Also, the background music was Punjabi, which is of one of the state's😅. I wish people knew about other cultures of India like 100+ communities of Northeast India with their different cultures😢
