it’s a crazy man
odeith is the artist of 2 of those.
“wow” wild style is the most confusing thing to look at lol
haha so true! and thank you so much
Toy

@@Edfgt keyboard toy.
I've been doing graff for like 3 years now and I still don't know how to read some of them
Wow this video couldn’t be better recommended. I just got into graffiti, and this really inspired me to look at other forms of it! Thank you so much!
oh man!! really really glad it found you and you found it! - thank you so much for watching!
everything comes from the tag! focus on tagging! x
lo e to see the culture still has newcomers ;)
@@kenju8929 Ah yes, the 'culture' of vandalism...
Esteemed, quite.
@@tylergarza8695 and here we find you, trying to learn about it

heck yeah, i love those things too! maybe not the climbing haha
WOW! Very informative, love it! Keep it up mate
glad you enjoyed it man!
In conventional house painting, good surface preparation is a must before applying the paint. Graffiti artists don't do prep, but their spray paintings last a long time. There's some spray-painted graffiti near my home that must be 20 years old but looks new. It's not fading or peeling. I highly doubt the graffiti artist cleaned &sanded the wall beforehand.
i feel you
Dirty, drippy tags are my fave beside the slaps! Stay up Youfo👊🏻
my man!
i lo e a dirty tag but sometimes they just let the drips layer o er their words and im not the biggest fan of that personally
@@kenju8929 yeah, the drips have to be on the very the bottom for the best effect
My favorite is the bubble words seen in throw ups
yeah !
Wild style is my fav but I do love throw ups and block busters
can’t go wrong bro
GIVE THE BRONX NYC THE CREDIT IT DESERVES FOR BRINGING GRAFFITI TO THE WORLD.... LOVE UR VIDEOS THO BRO, U TEACHIN DESE TOYS
THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN
Idk about bringing it to the world but lots of good writers came forsure nyc got more spots than anywhere but go over seas and they going fucking crazy
@@IAteURDont ...yes to the world. The approach to graffiti changed after it developed in NYC with most of the writers coming from the Bronx. This is even before Hiphop existed. Cornbread basically introduced the concept of b*mbing in 1965, six years before TAKI 183 was acknowledged by the New York Times for starting the graffiti writing epidemic. Obviously, graffiti/spraycan art is a global phenomenon now but that's AFTER these particular historical turning points. General graffiti (writing political messages or vandalizing something with a funny face, or saying 'XYZ was here') existed long before of course, but the idea of stylizing a name and putting it everywhere with colors etc developed in the Bronx. The Bronx brought hiphop and popularized/advanced the kind of graffiti you do.
The Bronx, and New York at large, definitely changed the game on graffiti. I have no doubt that the reason graffiti took off like it did was because of black and brown people in the Bronx. They brought the individual style and color but you got to give LA some props. LA’s original graffiti style which was never as artistic as New York’s (or as visually appealing) is widely recognized as the beginning of modern graffiti.
one of the top graff yt's out rn fs
oh man i highly appericate that!
Man your videos are improving everyday! Keep it up man your doing fantastic!
glad you are enjoying them man! thank you so much
i suppose its not really graffiti but for many years during the... "Troubles" in Northern Ireland there were Wall murals painted on the end of buildings... usually in support/condemnation of the latest tragic incident depending on the point of view within that particular neighbourhood...
for
sure man
Greatly explained, with beatiful examples so even newer graffiti enthusiasts can understand. Also my question is Is graffiti made with a fire extinguisher it's own seperaty style/type?
thank you so much appericste the kind words ! - and Yeah it could be
No it‘s not a different style. It’s just tags with different tools, g*ddamnit.
Also, real writers don‘t call themselves „Taggers“ or „Graffiti Artists“.
„Writer“ is the appropriate term. Your definition of a „Piece“ is also … meh.
The whole video caters to toys, why would you do that? And why mix up street art with
Writing? It’s not even the same sport. Don‘t do that, please. Thanks.
Your conclusion at 5:50 is okay, tho.
@@studiofatal2023 so pressed over nothing
@@studiofatal2023 yeesh, take it easy with the gate keeping. i don't see anyone calling you the king of graffiti
3:48 I don't think that should count, because that type of graffiti is extremely rare.

@@youfosignhere ooof ma bad
Nice vid
thank you
good video but you could argue that for a big part of the graff community, posters and stencils are not seen as real graffiti!
yeah true
Totally, posters and stencils are the beginning of "street-art" as we know it nowadays, I would not consider it graffiti, the same as most of the big murals that are now in the street, done by artists that came out of the studio without knowing about the "graffiti" culture.
Great list sick editing keep up the sick vids!!💪🔥👍
i really appericate it man, glad you enjoyed it
Great Video, you kinda remind me of a new graff lounge if you know who that is. keep it up!

There is also political tag graffiti. In my country the supporters of left wing or anarchy political parties tag alot! Even in universities.
that’s a very good point man
@@youfosignhere thanks! Nice video!
4:49 I dissagree, I'd think scratch graffiti, or scraffiti is the most common graffiti.
im a big fan of stickers and paste ups for my own style :>

LMFAO TAGGING A ELEFANT 💀💀💀💀

My favorite thing ab graffiti is that there’s so many different types and all of them are excepted

for sure man!
Throwie covers tags pieces cover throwies burners never go out
yeah man
@@youfosignhere I'm almost 50. My art career started with chrome bubble throwies in the 90s. Now I work for shitty people drawing their shitty ideas...... My best days were spent with my homies snatching chrome and bombing the town.

Oh indeed i do!

Posca, Krink, Sakura, Montana, Uni....take your pick.
@@mindexpansionpuzzles no. posca markers stay in black books only, I personally don’t recommend them for tagging cause it’s more for a graff peice
wew
legendddd
Isn't the Nekst piece @ 1:19 considered a straightletter instead of a blockbuster?
Very true actually
yo, bro, I love these vids and I know that you get these comments all the time but I'm new to tagging. and like kinda broke do you know any good websites to get cans or mops from? keep up the good work bro
redbellyculture bro!
Stencils and posters ARE NOT Graffiti. Are urban art or however you want to call it
yeah i didn’t have breakfast this morning
@@youfosignhere take your breakfast tonight and research a little bit before uploading.
and *it will be around forever*
yessss
I would not call stencils and posters graffiti tho. Its street art. All graffiti is street art but not all street art is graffiti.
Edit legality hasnt anything to do with is it street art or graffiti. Graffiti is letter based.
yeah fair enough
Are slaps graff or street art?
its funny how only 2 are actuly good
lol
1:43
What does it say?
not sure

@@youfosignhere that’s at least what I grow up off of everything else was useless lol but respect ✊
Doesn't matter what type it is, three quarters of the time it's trashy, illegal & devalues the areas it's in.
I’m getting such a mixed viewership on these popular videos, 💀
@@youfosignhere Am I wrong though ?
I'd like some advice I can't decide between cataram or polypof
That’s a good question, i’d say one of those but slightly shortened
@@youfosignhere thanks im rather new to this but live in a town of only 100 but it has a grain train and lots of unpainted brick walls so I guess I'll try painting a lot and see where I get
While some forms of graffiti are more excepted by the public, keep in mind that if you do not have permission, it is vandalism. Behind all the flowery passionate declaration of ones own artistic expression, It is still a crime. I personally feel that tagging, as one of the most common forms of graffiti is ugly as shit and are selfishly painted on historical monuments and personal property alike. Piece and 3d graffiti are slightly different since, while still illegal and absolutely vandalism, still fully utilize spray paint (among other things) as an artistic tool to explore the medium in a creative way, but it is still a crime.
of course
there are legal walls where you can paint stuff i think
Aye anyone know what ONE means behind a tag???
just an additive man
Damn good lookin bro been trying to figure that out big love from cali man stay up!
That you are the only one that writes that word. The next person would write TWO. If you had the same name. So on and so on.
Isn’t wild style just a type of piece?
yeah man
so late........
indeed ;) but at least you are here
ZOOK
zing!
painted on an elepahnt im a graffiti fan and all but thats just cruel
yeah so true
yes but where is antistyle or abstract graffiti?
not in this video
since when is tagging or stickers considered graffiti?
since when is tagging considered graffiti 💀
What’s your favorite man?…
Throwies and tags man
ok
okay
Scratch graffiti pisses me off
lol yeah
@@youfosignhere graffiti is beautiful. Scratch is just vandalism haha
Yo
hey man
'the Roman Greeks'.........what? 🤨
lmfao
What about simple straight letters or something in between throwies and wildstyle? Cause that would be one of the most conmen
very true
Graffiti is letter based bruhb
can i get a haawwwwwwwwww
and for all you real writers playing at home: a "tag" is called a handstyle or a "hand". stop using videos like this to gather your information. you're liable to end up being that kid using far too many arrows and crowns.
lol
I do respect and love wildstyle but when it gets the point where it’s impossible to read and you just have to know the artist to know what It says I’m not a fan.
Yeah for sure man i don’t like it either
