    I added this after a 45 min cardio weighted compounds workout and loved it. I would not have lasted 50 seconds of work so 20 was perfect and i got in my one “longer” day so I feel better :). Awesome! - i loved the handstand kick ups :)

    Handstand kick-ups - done
    single knee jumps - easy 😌
    handstand kick-ups to knee jumps - wow I have zero balance and broke my spine 😳😂😂😂
    but all jokes aside, this was an amazing workout!! Bear push-up claps were my favourite exercise. Thank you Courtney ☺️♥️

      Thank you!! 🥰 The average person would probably burn at least 300 cal for this workout. It’s tough because everyone is different sizes and therefore burns different amounts 🔥❤️🔥

      It varies so much by size. But this is high impact cardio so you burn quite a lot! 🔥😍
