I added this after a 45 min cardio weighted compounds workout and loved it. I would not have lasted 50 seconds of work so 20 was perfect and i got in my one “longer” day so I feel better :). Awesome! - i loved the handstand kick ups :)
Handstand kick-ups - done single knee jumps - easy 😌 handstand kick-ups to knee jumps - wow I have zero balance and broke my spine 😳😂😂😂 but all jokes aside, this was an amazing workout!! Bear push-up claps were my favourite exercise. Thank you Courtney ☺️♥️
