I was feeling lethargic but decided to push through this 45 minutes workout and now i’m filled with dopamine. Especially when Maddie smiled towards the end of the superset. I knew I’ve breakthrough another day.
Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of people who appreciate this longer format. I've been doing your shorter workouts, combined with a daily hike, for about a year now and I love them! The longer format is a great option for those days that the weather isn't agreeing with a hike.

Been sick for 2 months. Determin to stay active again. This workout definitely my comeback however, it's feels so difficult and challenging. I took more than 15 sec rest I'm between. Feels really demotivated. Glad I finished it until the last beep. Jas definitely helped tho 😊. Thank you for this ❤
I first did this workout almost 2 months ago on my first day of #75hard. It was absolutely brutal, and I started crying during the burnout! Proud to say that today, it was way easier than it was the first time. And that’s on consistency and strength building. I’ll be revisiting this one again to measure my progress!

Wonderful workout! I’m subscribed to MadFit yearly and couldn’t find this workout. It’s great! Hard work for a 65 2/3 year old with a total hip replacement but I did it! Getting stronger every day! ❤❤❤❤

I did this for my workout today. I am a bigger girl and this really pushed me. I like the modifications she added to the push ups (for some reason I just can't get many of those). I really enjoyed this and plan top do it many more times. I can't wait to see how I improve on this.

Loved this one! I usually work out 45 min to an hour, so I really enjoyed the complete workout being in one video. I also appreciate it being lower impact and equipment free. Between my slight scoliosis and my auto immune condition, I need workouts that are gentler yet still challenging. Thank you! ❤️

This was my first experience of doing 45 min workout and I was almost done at 30 mins but the way she motivates that inspires to give our best till the end I m so happy and satisfied now after completion of this workout. I will continue this for 7 days💯👍
