- ...Because I can. This is the Limited Edition Pikachu Gameboy Advance SP that I wanted to share between filming a review. It's my Christmas present and it's the ONLY UNBOXING OF IT THAT I CAN FIND ON THE INTERNET. Watch me freak outa bit lol.

I don't buy things to worship them inside the box. I bought it to play with it. I wanted it new without any damage, as I keep my stuff nice. Don't bother me with your worthless idolatry. Things should be played with, not collected and never touched. I feel sorry for you who do that. It's no fun.

Ignoring the fact that the ONLY reason she was able to find this system brand new is because a collector saw the value of keeping it in pristine condition in the box. Honestly, how can she mock or look down on the "you shouldn't open that" people when she's directly benefitting from them. I believe they're how she got her New DSi XL as well in 2020.
The worst part of getting a system is watching it get dirty or scratches or a bunch of finger prints on it the first time u touch it😭
When I was 7 or 8 I went to a restaurant with my family and my uncle who had just got home from the army. I had a gameboy advance with Pokemon Ruby and I took it in the restaurant even though my mom said not to. I went to the bathroom and left it in there and I came back to restroom having never left the restaurant and my gameboy was no longer there, some asshole stole it. I was heartbroken but later that night my uncle surprised me with a brand new GameBoy advance SP he bought at gamestop and a new copy of pokemon ruby. I think the SP had just come out at the time so however much they were when they came out, he paid. I wish I still had that SP :'(

Christopher Parker Me too. I really want to play a selection of Gameboy games, including my small Gameboy Advance collection. But these are rare to find new anyways especially with a cheap price tag. I have a DS Lite but it's broken so only the bottom screen can play a GBA game :-(.

patrick borrelli yeah but it will never conpare to this or nintendos previous handlends all u get n the new 3dd xl is a piece of cardboard and a thin black n white manual and a new 3ds and thats it plus they dont seal boxes no more and by now thier are thousands if unboxing videos of the galaxy new 3ds

mr.crypto13 Yep, don't think you know the defintion of a collectors item. EVERYTHING is meant be taken out the box as that was the original intent. However rare, exclusive, limited edition, now antique hard to find items are more valuable in the box. Out of them many that were made, I think a few are meant to remain in the box and preserved. There are many available that are already unboxed.
What's the point of getting it if you don't have any fun with it? Am I supposed to just not play my new Gameboy Micro, and instead just stare at it all day?
coltranepop AJ I already explained that in my last post. Everything is originally meant to be taken out of the box. However once it is a limited, rare, exclusive, limited edition. It is idiotic to take it out of the box expecially when it ia now worth $2,500. Collectors treat their items like art, they go back to it to remind them of something from a pleasent time or their child hood. so they collect all the limited variations of it to display on a shelf and admire (whether it is displayed inside or outside of the box it is still not played/used); if you don't understand that than you should not be a collector. That being said, if you want a nintendo to play, buy one of the many hundreds of nintendos that are not rare and play them. Not a now $2,500 sealed rare one that you bought just for the hell of it, expecially when you already had one that was in decent shape that look just like it. Leave the in box ones for the true collectors who value sealed items and purchase one for yourself already unboxed for $250 if you really want to play thar particular one so bad. When people do things like, the price for sealed copies only goes up as it become less and less available.

I think the thing I like best about your videos so far is that you have no shame for your thoughts and such. I mean you do what you do and stand by it, and given the high level of judgment that comes with being on the internet, is refreshing. I mean everyone is going to have a different priority and make different decisions about gaming etc,
I have a pikachu gameboy sp too!! I got it for my 12th birthday in November not too long ago with a single cartridge of 369 games. They’re so cool! My favorite game so far is Pokémon fire red and another fighting game I forgot the name of :]

It was me I’m sorry I ended up dropping it in my toilet while taking a shit and it got inside so I threw it away
I just got a lot of 6 off a guy on Reddit. 2 DS lites, 2 DSi, 2 GBA SP.....and one of the SP was the Pikachu edition and in excellent condition. Few scratches on the top shell. A little dirty. Disassembled the shell and soaked in floor cleaner and now it shines like new. I got the lot for $130. Feeling super lucky to have a genuine GBA SP Pikachu in 2021.

I still have my Clean Unopened Pikachu Gameboy Advanced. I never opened the boxing I kept the Box in some safe plastic to keep it safe, I remember playing Emerald Ruby sapphire, fire red and leaf green, and to simply catch them all and complete the pokedex!
I have this gameboy and stopped playing it in 07 After i lost the charger. I found out it was rare and have been looking for it for years and I finally found it yesterday in my basement while I was packing to move.
These were my childhood. The opening jingle gave me a nice wave of nostalgia.

I remember when i cried for weeks when i was a kid to get a game boy advance SP... here in Chile this kind of gadgets were so expensive and i was dying to get one till i convinced my grandmother to buy me one... my mom tried to kill her when she knew what my grandma did, but i was insanely happy... first nintendo toy, a blue game boy advance SP... then after some years i got an used nintendo DS, and i gave the advance SP to my cousin... aaaand she broke it hehe, nice memories...

Noble Reach I'm seeing plenty of people saling these used for about $200 but not it is in pretty good condition. People even trying to sale ones in shitty condition with the face mostly missing, for about $50-75.
I have the most rare PS2 game "Rule of Rose" and it is in presine condion. Just a couple of years ago it was going for $80 used on ebay. now I can sell my used copy for at least $200 now.

I bought one of these second hand for $120 last summer and it's in really nice condition. I originally contacted the seller about a purple SP they listed online, but they said they didn't have it anymore but had a Pikachu one. I immediately said I'll take it.

I have one Game boy advanced sp when I was 9 and that was a gift from my uncle. For whole my life I keep my nintendo to not touch by the other. At the end I lost my nintendo when my home is on fire. Yeah, everything get burn. The accident happen when I was almost 15. I really miss my nintendo, I hope someday I can buy it. If you read the box, it said "Toys "R" Us only" so.. you could only find that at toys r us. Too bad toys r us shut down.
it simply mean this version was sold in the US by "Toys R Us" only back in 2006/07. Nowadays, you can only get this on eBay.

PeachyyNataliee chargers are super cheap and if you already have a USB charger for any cellphone you can get a USB to gbasp for about 5.00 bucks! And if you throw in a few more bucks gbasp earphone adapter with it!

I just got a Ags-001 model of that a few hours ago, used, without a box and the paint was just fine, pikachu still had a face, and it ran beautifully.
My friend had one of these when he was younger and we didn't know it was extremely rare. It is still in great condition today.

I love AGS 101 screen but the design of the SP is really uncomfortable. I say it's all about the original gba design, with the 101 screen jammed in it. Pretty fun to put together too

The only issue that I have is that people want to open new old stuff like you, but the demand to do this is so high that you’d have to sell your car to afford a brand new one. Even if it was fairly priced, so many people want to open a new OG device that there would never be any new ones left. Plus you only got to do this video because of those “idolizing” people.

I love this unit the SP Advance is Bad ass!!!!!! A couple of days ago I purchased two SPs in good condition for 15 Each at the Amvets thrift store games case charger were included!!!!! I Especially like the Nintendo Dsixl unit!!!! I Also Have the 3ds Love all these Handheld Consoles but never Play them !!!! Great Video Sincerely Thomas Raymond of Fresno California!!!!
