You can offer placement places to young students during their vacations. You can use the opportunity to identify those who are keen to work with you. This way, you recruit for the future
I love this channel 🥰🥰
Thank you so much...I thought it was only in Jamaica 🇯🇲 I would encounter bad energy workers, sabotage and the hustlers that come on the farm...very informative 👍🏽👍🏽

Social skills is key in having a successful working relationship. Treat the workers well, give them targets and help them to achieve them. You guys should start planning for snail farming. Love from Nigeria.
Iyooo!! to my surprise, it is like you have been with me on my farm. i went through hurting things from my workers, especially the manager. I would also advice that never ever put your relative or a person within the community around the farmer to be a manager or supervisor....get someone far away whom you will not be shy to fire him/she if the farm does not progress. many thanks for this inspiring episode. i want to believe that the scam manager is not Mr Charles!!......The Kingdom in the Sky!

Our pleasure. Security guards can be got from the agencies but prices also differ.
We have security guards with guns though the ones with the arrows also work depending on the number of animals you have.

Hi
Thanks for the infos.
I noticed the bananas plants are not well taking care of.
Any coconuts trees?
Our pleasure 😊
Those bananas were already on there before we bought the land, but we're already clearing it and planting better bananas for the staff. We aren't planting bananas on a large scale though.
We don't have coconut tress yet.
