I found this so educational. I am currently in the US Army but I’ll be retiring in a few years. My wife and I last week bought 45 acres in Tanzania. I wish I’d seen this before hand but luckily everything so far is going well. You give a Lotta great advice and yeah I will definitely utilize as much as I can.

Well, about purchasing a piece of land I'm amazed u guys do have the same problems we go through here in Kenya, its a very tricky process where u can just lose your money in abrink of a second if u are not keen enough. I appreciate the way u take us through the journey you have made to get where u are today coz most of the time people concentrate on success and forgets to look at the struggle, u are a blessing to millions of people u are not just farming but changing lives, long live Value Farm and pls continues with the good work, many are joining u to feed the nations and do business, thanks so much guys.

Wawooo. This is amazing guys. Your knowledge sharing is an inspirational and it's really changing mindset of many. I am from Malawi and started goat farming in 2018 with around 30 goats. But the business hasn't been doing so well and of late I have been thinking how best can I improve. Now I have more than 150 goats (some where sold) but there are a lot of management problems as the farm is in my home village somewhere around 400 kilometres away from where I stay. Now I want to open another farm close and am now on research and planning phase so this video is very helpful. Am looking forward to more interactions and even chats on WhatsApp for insights.

The modern GOAT house structure was astonishing; compared to other videos of GOAT farming and housing online; indeed, yours is the best well-tailored and confounded. These have prompted me to want to invest in the same structure and start purchasing those named goat breeds. Could you please leave me with: the dimension of the Goathouse? How many Goat can it contain?.

In some districts you have not only landlords but squatter's in that case you are paying double . Don't deal with brokers they will cheat you everytime,,, ask around and see what land is selling for in the area of interest .you want land with a physical title so you should ask to see the land title . Watch the LC they there to help but some of them will cheat you as well.
