New roof on barn 2011 (looked that up, so it is correct for sure)
Arena was built by Dubby Ball, in 2011 or 2012 but it might've been in 2010; the Class I sand pad is 200 feet long and 80 feet wide; the fence is a little bigger because seller left a grass strip so you would not hit our legs on the fence.
Arena Grooming tool could potentially stay - it is negotiable.

Nice property. Although I would prefer bigger rooms and bigger Kitchen. As for that spring/small water fall I'd probably put a Picnic table back their or something. You see bigger rooms are helpful if you have a family member in a wheelchair.

Nothing makes you feel prouder then at they end when all your work pays off. I love going to the freezer in the winter and the canning to get my rewards all year!
I love how this lady, I know she is a Doctor but the term lady is more representable in the true definition of the word for her, is willing to pass on information on a beautiful property. Today many people want zero involvement with each other and many just want to sell, move on, and let the history of an area or property go with them, unfortunately. A online calculator estimates the property tax for this to be $5400 annually. The calculator does not ask for acreage. Isn't there a tax reduction for acreage this size?

Honestly multigenerational farm what happened? Where’s the previous owners? Did they lose the farm? If they did and I was a rich man I’d buy it back for them.
