I'd use the one room at 20:48 as my brewery, the room at 22:30 as my pipe smoking room (would had have to have someone put in a small fireplace though), the room at 23:01 as my gym, and then the 1st barn you showed would end up being my smithy. Perfect property for me. Views, land, great house, and enough space to build a little starter home for my son. Just perfect. Now to trip over retirement money somewhere.

We definitely love our 9 acres in the foothills of the cascade mountains in Washington state but unfortunately, the politics here… have made it difficult to say the least and we would love love love for a beautiful property like that!! My all time favorite was the little artist cabin , with the stream and the barn on the other side.
The only things I would change are the countertops in the kitchen, the moulding above the windows, and the carpet in the dining room. The countertops would become quartz and the moulding above the windows and carpet in the dining room would go.
The window mouldings were so over the top, I don't think I've seen anything like those things before, lol 🤭 Nice land though, hope he can find good homes for his horses
