greetings I have a pound of pine rosin can I use it for tinder? it's rosin not resin.. thanks Anthony .

Try to ignite it with a lighter. If it doesn't catch fire quickly, and doesn't hold the flame on its own, then it won't work as tinder. I believe that rosin has the turpentine extracted from it, so it probably won't work very good.
