Bad Company is one of the games that whoever I played it with (boardgamer or not) got excited and wants to play it again. It will stay in my collection forever. The only ''issue'' I have with it ( although minor) is that the dice reflect light (because of their goldish colour combined with white dots) and it's difficult to see the result on them under certain angles. 😆 Recently discovered your channel, very nice effort. Wish you the best.
Thank you, for your kinds words! :) BC is definitely a keeper! I have good lights so I never had any issues with the dice, but I see that could be an issue.. Thanks for watching, cheers!
I did enjoy this video and found the discussion of probability interesting, however, the video was not a review in my eyes. Without any real context the numbers didn't mean that much; at the end of the video I don't know how to play, I don't know the player count, is there a solo option? The image of the game board was too small for my sub-par eyesight. I think the game would have been better served by you explaining the game and making the the components the focus rather than you looking at the camera; you could have talked through the components cutting to the chart when the numbers become crucial; I know you roll the dice and pick a combination but having done that what purpose do they serve?. The second area where the lack of context causes me a little confusion: I don't know any of the other games, what do you do with those dice, what are you hoping to achieve with the numbers and so on. I'll keep a lookout for more of your videos.
Thank you, Michael! The idea of the game is very simple - you roll 4 dice and create 2 pairs the sum of which activates 2 of the gang members ranging from 2 to 12. Throughout the game, you upgrade your team to get more resources during each roll. If you are new to board gaming, I highly recommend you begin your journey with Machi Koro. Yes, you can play solo, but it's the interaction between players that creates this special atmosphere. It scales well up to 6 players, as you will have something to do on each of the other players' turns. Small image / bad quality - I agree! When the budget allows, I will definitely upgrade to better equipment/setup. I hope the channel grows quickly for this to happen. This is the best I can do at this stage. Ultimately, you are right; this video, in isolation, does not answer all of the questions.. It is meant to be COMPLEMENTARY to other channels' "how-to" videos and reviews. I usually watch 3-5 videos before making a decision, and I assume the same approach from the majority of my viewers. boardgamegeek.com - if you are not familiar with this fantastic resource, please check it out. It has a lot of information on most of the games that exist. Thank you again; hope to see you back! Cheers!
Superb analysis of how you are comparing the systems. Thank you.
Thank you for watching and for the feedback! :)
Thanks, great review!

Thank you, Charles! Will do! Comparison to other more popular games is very helpful, so I will try to leverage this as much as possible!
I like your suggestion for the house rule to make the heist cards simpler to understand and play.
Thank you! Yeah, house rules is the way to go with many games! :)
