Thank you for the advice. I’m just starting out with making model buildings of yesteryear and Matchbox car restoration (No’s 1 to 75) and I hope to make a ‘town’ to showcase them. I think Metcalfe models are my answer for the ‘township’ buildings. I look forward to learning more.
Hi. I'm afraid I don't understand the philosophy of removing all the components and putting them all in a pile. I would have said that it's more 'tidy' to remove each piece as it is needed. Can you please explain?
I'm curious as to the advantage of removing all the components beforehand and creating a "builder's yard" - I'm not disputing the idea, just seems to my inexperienced brain that this would cause more problems than it would solve. Can anyone advise?
Any chance of a tutorial on building platforms correctly? Haven't started mine yet, as i've only used Superquick so far, and finding them wanting, i bought a Metcalfe brick platform kit, which looks really good here on RUclips, but i'm afraid of getting it wrong.
Please consider removing the totally unnecessary background music - I don't know why people find it necessary, but I can't be the only one who finds it incredibly distracting if not irritating. I couldn't watch the whole video due to it, sorry. Thanks.

I love these kits I would like to see some of post war buildings such as a block of flats or a super market
