Definitely my favourites. The accuracy of the fit is great. I’ve got the Town End Cottage from the same range lined up next for the centre of my layout.
Thanks for showing how these kits work, I've not purchased any before and while they look quite good in the sales photos, it's good to see what can actually be achieved.
Nice kits, I've got a few now over the years, and that was a good well explained video, even as I consider myself a modeller of a bit of experience enjoyed watching thanks Eddy xx
Personally, I think the Metcalfe ones are the best, although other brands are also good. The 3D constructions are cleverly thought out and they always seem to fit perfectly. The laser-cut bits are a nice touch too.
I like the sturdiness of Metcalfe kits, but the colouring on some look a little toy like. I liked the colours on the old out of production Builder Plus kits, I thought they were more realistic, more so the red brick.
I remember the Builder Plus ones, and have even bought a few on eBay relatively recently. Personally, I quite like the simplicity of the Metcalfe printed textures, making them great for adding detail and weathering.
Build quite a few of these models excellent good quality. 👍

What a great looking building
It’s a nice little kit. The laser cut details are great.
I’ve just built this kit, it was my first in 1/76 scale as I used to 1/12th dolls house scale. It was a fun kit to build.
The Metcalfe kits get better and better. The laser cut bits really add something. I’ve got a farmhouse waiting to build.

Very well made, I like Metcalfe kits and you can add extra detail if you wish. Martin. (Thailand)

Just an idea, when I did some build I left a door as if it was open, really good video's you have loaded on here
Thanks. Nice idea for the open door.
Great video. I want to love the kits, but at the same time they remind me of 3D puzzles.

@@paterpracticus Yes, they do seem like sturdy models.
