My advices for new developers:
- Give a value for your job, and double it.
- Never work for free.
- A company is a business, not your friend or family.
- Even if it's your first employ, never work for a company that use as justification for your salary the lack of your experience.
- Improve your code analysing and comparing with others.
- Always doubt, explore by yourself.
