Hi guys ! 🙂 Found Kevin first, then found Dave... recently the past 2 wks started watching the podcasts and subscribed to Cary and Dawn. The podcasts are hilarious ! I love watching Dave yard-sailing, an added bonus is when his mom and kids come along.
I always ask high when I'm selling to start and go low you don't get a chance to offer lower if you over offer when I'm selling i normally ask a bit high leaves room to let ppl bargen you down and they think there really getting a good deal and are somewhat happy but i could be doing it wrong btw first you tube pod cast i actually listened to i have learn a lot from you and look for any new content you put out and you don't disappoint
I assume there are other YT 'teams' like you 2, but I'm going to say you have a shot at being the 'Next Wave" ... previous waves were Ralli Roots, then Hairy Tornado. I'm going to try to catch up, and join you on lives. That's my new goal. *Yes. Serious. There's a magic happening.
looking forward to the next episode. Tested electronics from my Deathpile while listening. only 25% had issues, I think they were in my Deathpile , because I had 4 in a row that didn't work.
Yes I'm watching the old ones. I have a box of $1 toys for kids at the flea market. That way I'm not giving them away but parents don't feel bad about the buck.
I’ve been wanting to know all the routes you take to find yard sales, I’ve been using a local town site, Craigslist and Facebook but also recently downloaded the yard sale pirate thing… I’m all in, going to watch this, thanks for coming out with these
The social media issue I’d say is not essential but it opens up so many doors you wouldn’t get from just selling. You make money from the videos and can get sponsors as your followers grow. They also become selling outlets. Cary sells more through Instagram then he does ebay now days. Just from seeing it in a video. Your creating a brand, which is you, while doing what you already do 😊 Also that pancake maker was awesome!!!!!
I went to a garage sale once and it was an older lady with her daughters getting rid of stuff that she just said she was trying to clean out her house and she had way too much stuff. The prices were super cheap. She had Fenton glass for $0.50 and she gave me two Nintendo 64s for free. I loaded them right up into my trunk.

I don't consider any offer a lowball offer. Offer what you want to offer and they accept, counter, or decline. I offer $1 on stuff ALL the time regardless of what the person is asking just to see how it plays out.
Funny thing happened today, I tried to listen to you guys with only one ear bud. Unfortunately you can only hear one side of the conversation with one ear bud.
I like to have at least a street for garage sales. I’ve been burned by arrows too! I hate that people don’t remove their sign after a sale. Terrible etiquette!!! 😂
