那是一個過程, 我在香港最嚴重的時候感受到無助, 幾乎全個香港人都受到感染了. 相信內地也會經過這個時刻. 我相信大概4-5個月就一切回歸正常了
用不了那么久，过去两周北京阳了80%的人，现在北京已经基本恢复正常了。身边没有听说有谁发展成重症或死亡，抖音上确实看到了一些有其他疾病的老人感染了新冠导致病情加重去世的。
我在北京。我上上周阳了，现在好了。 已经上班去了， 感觉这个病毒确实是毒性没有这么高了
所以现在中国发现做了三年的傻逼。本来就是想和其他国做不一样的，结果还是回到原点。现在必须在向东南亚抄作业。
没那么容易，至少要5-6年吧，现在每次染上的只是极小小部分，等到两年后染的差不多了，又有很多再次感染，14亿人，至少5年才能恢复正常。

我家北京的，整个家族都阳过了，我奶奶快80了，身体本身就特差，但这次竟然症状不严重，烧了几天就缓过来了也算万幸，开放前预测到要开了让父母提前做了准备，买了些药，还把以前爷爷用过的氧气瓶准备了出来，现在都过去了，家里的药也都分给邻居了，这两天北京确实不容易，奶奶要是严重了真的怕没地方治病。现在就剩我出国留学没阳过了，太离谱了。
灾难总是灾难的，熬过去就能走向晴天，也总是要熬过去的，也必须要熬过去的，也一定能熬过去的，现在还是团结一下，抗过去吧。

And always living with the risk of passing by someone on the street who was a contact of a contact and then you and everyone you knew were locked down or taken away for an indefinite period. Yeah, awesome.... are you nuts? I guess if you are a person who does nothing and sits at home 24/7 in your room, it was great. But that would also make you a prisoner. And mentally healthy people don't feel comfortable behaving as prisoners.

It's finishing up here in BJ, mainly among my colleagues and pupils. All had symptoms, some rough. Clearly a few weeks left but it is annoying as it drags a little and recovery is slower than expected. It wasn't fun but no serious cases around us. Elsewhere in BJ it might be more problematic.

来自加州的问候❤ 像往常一样，秋冬转换的季节，在这儿，不少人特别是小孩有感冒和流感症状，新冠偶尔会见到听到。家中84岁的婆婆今年夏秋交替的时候有阳，除了一天症状有些像得流感，其它几天都十分轻微，不过我们还是按规则自家隔离，虽然有我们的照顾，但无法驾驭自己的生活，失去想开车去哪就去哪的自由自在，令她十分煎熬。我在连锁理发店上班，除了2020年前后关闭两或三次，加起来3个月不到的样子，其它时间照样工作，学习，户外运动，打理花菜果树，社交旅行和各种扎堆😅 远离各种恐惧和贪婪带来的焦虑，跟着自己的心走吧❤祝各位平安喜悦！

在台灣，從來沒有封城過，Delta的時候，選擇自己關在家，孩子可以上線上課，需要買食物的時候再出門，目前已打了第四劑。現在台灣慢慢也開放了，雖然室外已解禁，但我們還是習慣戴著口罩，人們都在學習如何與病毒共存。

My family lives in Boston and has not been infected with COVID-19 so far. I planned to take my child back to Shanghai for primary school, but I haven't been back to China for three years due to the global epidemic. I had hoped that the coronavirus control would be lifted in China, but recently almost all of my friends and family members in China have been infected with COVID-19. We're going to Shanghai this summer and hopefully things will get better and better.
My family is in HoiNam Island, luckily everything in 海南島is very normal.They enjoy go to the seaside and walk dogs with friends as before. Hope you can go back to Shanghai soon. My eldest brother live in Shanghai.

My whole family got positive during past week, kids are pretty much the same as you described in the video. myself, is still suffering cough. But I am optimistic. Mother in law recover very quickly in Shanghai with me. Now my biggest concern is my mother also got positive in my hometown, a small city in Jiangsu Province. I am going to back there when I get recovered.

I'm in Hong Kong. Half of my family, friends and colleagues have got covid. As the majority of Hong Kong people have been fully vaccinated, life is returning to normal. Many people went out to celebrate Christmas last night, wearing a mask properly.

我在英國🇬🇧7月份也感染到病毒，沒去過醫院，吃必理痛、感冒傷風素，5天後轉陰。不過，咳嗽有2個月，喝咳嗽藥水好返了。祝大家身體健康！
在德国，9月染到病毒，全家那种，没去医院，啥也没吃，就多喝水。也都渐渐好了，上楼一直还有些喘。遗憾因为生病错过了 ed sheeran 的演唱会
剛開始都會慌亂 等過兩星期周遭的人陽性康復漸漸變多就不會那麼慌亂 每個地區會找出適合自己應付omicorn的方法 中國大陸應該要漸漸推出小診所制不要什麼病都跑大醫院 這樣會醫療擠兌 醫院會崩潰 視訊看診是好制度 醫生病人不接觸
謝謝你說明 看到一些影片很多人都在醫院排隊 如果沒有陽性去排隊太危險會被感染 剛開始台灣也是去體育場排隊後來車來速看診 視訊看診 才慢慢穩定 omicorn對老人尤其是有基礎疾病的很容易變成重症 台灣約有800多萬人感染 但預估無症狀感染者約有4-500萬 所以可能有半數都染過 所以這是過程 歐美印度都過了 所以等中國大陸都染過差不多全世界開放了 祝你早日康復

My friend and her family they live in Houston, since Nov. they’ve been dealing with RSV flu virus. It’s tough, pretty heavy for kids, she had to send her son to ER with difficulty breathing lots of thick mucous, fever, bronchitis and almost got pneumonia. The whole family had been sick for 1 month.
NYC hospitals are packed with people with RSV, flu and COVID.
Living in Sweden during Covid, really feel nice and freedom, especially for kids, my son is 8, he started school during pandemic, and likely we didn’t have a single day for school lockdown. And he kept good study, and especially good social activity in school. Yes, we cannot traveling like before, but we can take this conspicuously, just to keep normal daily life was already the big efforts made by the government! My all friends and families are in Shanghai now, they have been suffered for 3 months lockdown, my mum reflected now that period almost liked in the prison. And they are suffering now for all the symptoms for Covid. All people are wordless, but what you can do more when you live in that situation. Hope they will recover soon and China can be back for the openness as before! I also like my hometown, but feeling we will never go back to the old time! ❤

Ignorance is a blessing.
Sure, not knowing when the next lockdown is raises anxiety. But that's nothing compared to the possible consequences of not only getting COVID but also giving it to other people whom you may or may not know, knowingly or unknowingly, and they end up having big problems with it. It also attracts much more anxiety for me to see the excess death numbers soar to the sky. Excess death does not lie, unlike "dying from COVID" numbers which is far from comprehensive.
我一家四口，三个阳，除了做一个负责任的马来西亚公民，自我隔离以外，基本上一切正常。两个孩子第二次感染，比一般流感还无感，老婆第一次，除了没味觉外，基本上都在享受被我服侍的乐趣。我相信中国也会很快好起来的，世界也会好起来的。
如果你一有症状, 请用盐水漱口(gargle)来消炎 (一天几次), 特别是喉咙。症状会轻很多。

我在台湾挺好的，下飞机那一刻我跟麦克老师一样的心情，so nice！太好了！我终于不用担心会不会有人进我家门消毒，不用担心会不会被抓走，不用担心隐私被泄漏被网暴，一切的一切都太好了，不管别人怎么说，我非常高兴终于开放了，身体终于属于自己的了！
大陸只是防疫政策有問題，是沒去考慮到一次放開，醫院醫療會沒病床可治療，醫療會瞬間崩潰，大家囤藥會沒有藥，台灣一開始就用實名制控制藥，雖然我們當時買藥也要排一二十分鐘，大都市人口多要排半小時，但確實人人都有藥跟口罩，只是一個家庭兩個禮拜就得有一個人排二十多分鐘領口罩，真的受不了，台灣都是分段的，在當時台灣政府有參考其他已爆發國家的情況，在決定開放後，每天都一堆宣傳在每個頻道的廣告，FB，LINE，RUclips，垃圾車教，學校，各公益團體，醫院，政府單位，大力的教導人民如何防疫，疫情是如何，歷經一年多的宣導讓我們慢慢了解，克服心理壓力，疫情一來就一直在注意醫療資源會不會崩潰，病床夠不夠，每天都有節目在討論得到的人是多少，病床剩多少，在發現老人最危險，尤其是有慢性疾病的老人，所以疫苗有分層次去接種，或者是第一線人員，像醫生護士都是第一時間打疫苗，14天改成10+4，7+7,3+4,0+7,一直到今天，每個層次都慢慢放，一邊看疫苗接種率，一邊看世界各國，這樣經歷了一年多，才能像現在這樣，，這幾年也給人民消費卷刺激經濟，每人補現金三萬，對於一些自己開業的小店家也給予補助去渡過這疫情，台灣不是躺平，而是真的為人民做事，但無可避免的，死亡個案還是每天有，說這些不是在說台灣多好，但台灣是真的慢慢的慢慢的慢慢的走過來，有過SARS 經驗的我們最了解，WHO怎麼對待我們，大陸是怎麼威脅WHO不給我們任何幫助，讓台灣人自力救濟，當初大陸傳來的SARS，讓台灣的和平醫院，面臨了人間悲劇跟煉獄，這是有經歷的台灣人都深深刻入心底的事情，對於那些當時醫院群聚感染，但面臨中國的壓力，WH的漠視，台灣人比非洲人更可憐更無助，大家心裡對於當時那些人無辜的同胞，真的很傷心，每個節目都在批評，討論，罵政府，有個國民黨的立法委員在這次疫情罵，每天都有死亡跟確診，陳時中該下十八層地獄，民進黨的政府跟執政無能，害死多少無辜慘死的人民，置人民生活安全於何處？陳時中跟他的團隊每天工作忙到連家都沒辦法回去睡覺，比996更慘，大禹三過家門而不入，是沒大禹慘啦！但這樣辛苦的人在台灣仍然有在野黨跟對岸粉紅在罵，說這些是在告訴你，台灣是怎麼一步步的走過來的

我在台灣,10/3陽性,10/10轉陰.期間只有發燒一天38.6度,鼻塞2周,一個月後症狀都消失了.對新冠的恐懼己經隨著痊癒消失無蹤,覺得之前的恐懼有點多餘!可能是看太多媒體的渲染又對新冠的認識不足導致~祝福現在陷於新冠的所有人都早日康復~

听朋友说今天（12月23日）北京的餐馆都已经在排队等位了，也许对大家来说是个好消息，我们的城市恢复起来或许比想象得快。京津冀地区是全国最早开始迎接冲击的，其它省份加油，稍微熬一下，半个多月吧，虽然错过了元旦，但是这次春节应该可以过个好年了。
