很不錯了，空間利用最佳化了，感覺也很舒服，沒法再更好了～這設計師很厲害個性感覺也比較不張揚蠻謙虛,很不錯～更舒服的是有這個露台,恭喜找到了不錯的設計師,這很重要也需要運氣～
看過before & after後，必須說，這位設計師真的很棒！12坪左右的空間收納也做得很足，採光也有兼顧，配色和設計也都很搭，很有家的溫馨感，沒有華而不實的地方👏🏻剛好最近在RUclips 看各種小坪數的裝潢開箱（皆台灣的youtuber/設計師），現在也可以來看看大陸設計師如何設計小坪數了～
设计师大概率是台湾人。
大陆有很多类似这种房屋改造的电视节目，比如梦想改造家，暖暖的新家，可以在youtube搜寻一下

@@user-qb8qb9yu9q 我看過夢想改造家，有些設計師也很厲害，不過個人覺得很多案例的設計都以設計師觀點去做的，有點失去以屋主為主要生活者的設計目的。（當然 畢竟我不是當事者，也只是以自己的想法來衡量而已）

听说香港的装修工人很多都是大陆过去的，因为香港那边的装修工人工资是大陆的4倍。

真难以想象可用空间只有37平方米可以设计成这么功能齐全，舒适大气的时尚之家，难怪麦克老师赞不绝口。设计师真很棒，麦克太太色彩感觉超好，让新家有一种静谧温婉的味道。

设计师确实很有才还很谦虚，the designer is brilliant and humble.
The patio space is such a bonus! Add a retractable sun shade at the seating area and a gas patio heater, and it will be perfect for both summer and cold weather.

真住起来还是嫌小。看看那卧室，放了床就没地方了。
@@MrLuhuazhao 是啊、面积只有这么多、牺牲卧室把空间给了常用的客厅厨房……不过11尺的挑高、美式厨房、户外庭园这些亮点、在一般这么小的户型几乎是不可能的、这样已经很满足了

Omg it went from a dingy run down looking shack to a full on luxury home!!!! The kitchen/dinning table hack is so big brain. So happy you guys are all comfortably moved in and not stressed about having to pay mortgage and rent at the same time!

就是大量美式设计，厨房放进客厅，硬是弄出了第二间卧室。设计师就算会弄，也要碰到能接受的客人才行。中国人一听到青菜下锅就嫌吵，牛羊肉下锅就嫌臭，哪像我们在美国久了已经习惯了。

Love the modern and clean design! Can’t believe 40 square meters is only 430 square feet but the overall apartment looks pretty spacious. Might be tight for 3 people to live in.
It's much easier not that the patio is finished.

中国买房买的都是建筑面积不是使用面积。
