I almost made it through this ....until we got to the floor work. Then all three dogs and one cat felt like they needed to pile on me. Next time I'll try a different room. One with a door that I can shut lol.

What’s your opinion on doing Pilates in bed? It’s so convenient to do a few moves before bed but wasn’t sure how the mattress could impact back over time? I also find it so much easier to do the roll up on a bed. Can’t do it on the floor mat yet.

But may i ask if you can do a physical therapy workout for a torn bicep, my husband torn his bicep a couple of weeks ago, and i think you might be great to help him when his ready to start PT ❤❤
Thanks for being here! I definitely recommend he have physical therapy as that's a pretty complicated injury and then you can look into my rotator cuff videos once he's released to exercise!

Can you do more weight videos like this? Truthfully, have plenty to Y & P vids but need to incorporate weight for chronic pain.
