- • Ingredients: salted cream bread
High-protein flour 300 grams, 0:27,
Yeast 4 grams, 0:27,
Powdered milk 20 grams, 0:32,
White granular sugar 30 grams, 0:40,
Milk 160 grams(use cold milk for hot days, if it is a cold day, heat it for a bit) 0:42,
Egg 1(about 60 grams, use cold ones for hot days) 0:48,
Butter 20 grams, 1:02,
Salt 1 gram, 1:05,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to top heat and bottom heat 160 degrees. Keep it in the lower rack of oven and bake it for about 18 mins. If the oven only has 3 layers, keep it in the middle rack first. If the bread gets colored too much, remove it to the bottom layer. Move it to make sure it gets heated evenly.
• Ingredients: salted cream
Unsalted butter 120 grams, 3:55,
White granular sugar 20 grams, 4:02,
Salt 2-3 grams, 4:05,
Whipping cream 200 grams(heat it to about 35 degrees) 4:17.

@@wongsiowhwee4279 我是放在冷藏,三天内吃完的,因为有黄油,温度低一些奶油会变硬。
太想吃了,只是现在在减肥,等体重减下来了,一定要尝试一下。
我记得有的地方是上面最后撒的是椰丝,也非常好吃!从小到大都忘不了那种简单却长久的味道!🧐🧐😋😋💙💙💕💕

请问怎么才能把表皮上色像你那样重的颜色呢?如果我用全蛋液,表面就很浅的颜色。用蛋黄的话颜色深一些,但也没有你这样的好看,如果多烤我又怕烤干了。谢谢。
