- We found the fried chilli queen of all Thailand!
In a little village here in rural Thailand we found a family business making fried chilli snacks.
They were kind enough to let us film the whole process and eat loads of the delicious fried chilli's while doing so.
I've gotta say these are some of the best snacks ever once you start eating you can't stop! 🇹🇭

Loved the video. It's so interesting. The people have a heart of gold, don't they? Always smiling and happy. That's what I always find from folks outside of cities 😂 Just lovely. I can't do too much chilli. It's too hot for my gums! Even jalepenos give me pimples so I consume very little chilli. Lucky you if you can eat bags of it 😅😅😅

It always surprises me the amount of money these small business spend on packaging. It looked like at first just one lady doing it all but then seeing all 6 flavours in the smart looking bags you would think it's been made in a factory not someone's home. Real insight into how professional an operations thai people run.
Yeah exactly in the shop they look like a fancy business but it's a family run job! Kind people and good tasty snacks
