I don't understand how a Local Business gets google reviews to show up in local search, you said they are not eligible, but I see them for other local businesses?

I am using WooCommerce plugin, and the Meta data coming from the WooCommerce fields are NOT available for the set up of the review on Products.
We still waiting to get a demo with WooCommerce fields on that particular case.

You are not qualified for star ratings if the review is not supplied by you. How do you get a review that isn't supplied by you? Is there a way to import Google my business reviews?
Great explanation but the big question is where are these ratings coming from. Are people giving themselves a 5 star rating? Also, ratings change over time, how is this rating maintained over time, it seems like people are just making up the rating and number of people who have left a review. Can you advise where the review information is coming from and how is it maintained over time?

I have the free version of Spectra and my doubt is for a blog post about a WordPress theme's review.
I have added the Review Block. Now I am confused between selecting ItemType as "Product" or "Software Application". If I select Product, I am bugged with 'Missing merchant-specific identifier for product (SKU)', 'Missing global identifiers', and 'Identifier Type'.
If I go with ItemType as "Software Application", the closest ItemSubtype is 'Web Application' --> is this the most appropriate?

My website is a collection of webpages for various local businesses, I would choose the 'local business' option but you mention that the page would then, not be eligible for star ratings, due to ownership? so is there a way I can add review schema to my site in the hope of getting star ratings for the individual local business pages? I would like to see a tutorial on Local Business especially if you're not a local business. And if you can answer this question, what is needed in the Price Range area? Can I just put text to explain how we charge without putting a dollar amount? In other words, we charge a percentage of the sale of a business. I don't want to put the percentage but rather would like to say we charge a flat percentage. So Let me know if I can do that. If ratings are coming from people leaving reviews on my Google Business listing that comes up on the right when people search for my business name, can those reviews be used in the local business schema? A tutorial on article would be great too.

The property priceRange gives the range of approximate prices of the products/services typically offered by that LocalBusiness.
We support third-party custom fields so you would be able to fetch data like address, time, etc. in case if it saves information in the metadata/custom field and if it does not save data in the metadata/custom field, you have to add it manually.

Can I ask you, the instructions for "Local Business" setup and how to integrate / embed the google my business review to the pages so that they're synced with the plugin is not clear at all. Would you be kind enough to make another video or explain it to me in a little bit more detail?
Schema Pro handles the site content in the google search result. It is not possible to fetch google business reviews on your website dynamically. Google needs a star rating for your site from the user as per google schema markup rule policy.

Also, you can use Local business schema on your site if you have already added Google review, Fronted of the site using other plugins. You can map the Rating and Review count field in Schema markup. You can choose to map data from an existing field on your website or from a third-party plugin that you’ve installed.

Thanks for the video. I would like to use this plugin but I have on all my Websites Rankh Math installed. Unfortunatelly I received an error message the last time I installed it. Now, is it clever to use both plugins?
Yes you can. But, you would need to disable the schema module inside Rank Math to avoid duplicate setup of schema.
