this is so good. ive added rank math as a plugin in of another i was using, mine is a restaurant directory, I selected restaurant for everything would that be ok?? because its not exactly a restaurant its more a directory but that was the closest option i could find...

For creating Real Estate Schema you have to upgrade to Rank Math PRO.
You can create a custom schema using the Rank Math Schema Generator:

Use the properties from schema.org/RealEstateListing, once the schema is created, save the Schema, go to the Code Validation tab, and test it with Google.

Yes, you can add multiple schema types using Rank Math PRO.
You will also find the Code Validation option on the page and also in the Schema Templates section, but you should use it only on pages. Because with templates, Rank Math will store variables for many of the fields. Since the actual value of the variable will depend on the post, it is used on, and testing the template’s code is defeating the purpose of the Code Validation.

I'm using Rank Math Pro to create questions and answers schema by FAQ blocks, now I have to give those questions and answers in the schema section also?

Rank Math will automatically add the appropriate FAQ Schema code to the post. On the frontend, the questions will appear as any other content on your page, but on the backend, the appropriate markup will be applied.

What about dinamic data? For example I have "Brand" taxonomy and can I create a custom schema that will automaticaly get some data from certain taxonomy fields?

I want an option where I can apply a custom schema to posts at once. There an option to apply your default schema but custom ones can't be done. I have created a custom scheme with your shortcodes but I need to apply them one after the other to post which is very hard because I have plenty posts.
