Exactly lol. They didn't tell people that. Coach must be a luxury A class BUS. Not older than 4 years old and no ugly colors or paint. Coach and owner must be approved etc etc. And guests must be announced. An awesome overpriced restrictive butt clenching lifestyle on wheels. Who the hell wants THAT.

@@insightandintuition276 lol. You are so welcome. You know what tho. Land is so cheap nowadays you can probably just buy an acre or two and start your own rv community. Charge monthly for a pad and utilities. People are getting tired of being stuck in a brick and mortar homes. And these restricted RV resorts are for old bougie people who don't play well with others lol.

So when your >$1M luxury coach turns 11 do they make you upgrade your motorhome or sell your lot? When you do future reviews of this type can you explore this more and share with us viewers for full transparency?

You keep referring to these places as "RV Parks" or "RV Resorts" when they are neither. This resort, along with others you've done videos on like Pacific Shores on the Oregon coast, is called a "Motorcoach Resort". There is a huge difference in that these places do not allow fifth wheels, bumper pull trailers, truck campers, or tent camping anywhere in the park. The amenities are typically far more luxurious as well.

A question for people who do NOT live in the midwest: Would you even come to this place? It strikes me the people in the video love this place because it is suburbia. They talk about the shopping and eating. Do most people buy an RV to tour suburbs? I find people from other areas of the nation love naturally beautiful places, not suburban settings. Perhaps the RV "resort" of the future will strive to look more like the Rockies, beach settings and gorgeous mountain lakes instead of this. The setting of this "resort" reminds me of a project we once worked on for a major ski resort in the east. It was coming along nicely until a VP demanded we put a cheesy fountain in the middle of a wild brook trout lake. Our response was "we are done here".
Readers, what do you prefer to see in a high end resort, nature or suburbia?

I don’t think that this demographic knows about AirB&B, $10K a month for RV life?!? Why not park your RV at a REAL house and at the high end just stay at one of YOUR OWN properties that isn’t a 60/30 split?!?

Excellent! We loved Hearthside Grove. It’s definitely a wonderful place to park the Coach. 😊👏👏👍🏻

A 10 yo Fleetwood vs a 10 yo Tiffin, there is a huge difference in quality. I hope this gorgeous resort takes into consideration that not everyone is driving $1 million dollar plus coaches.

What a waste of money, this is what rich ppl call camping. lol why even bother with RV and just get a lake house. Shake my head....

Wait you own a lot and still have to pay 300 a month for HOA? This really is for the rich lol

I've spent many summers in Northern Michigan and I can tell you this is as good as it gets. New York has the Hamptons. Chicago has Petoskey, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. Hemingway's favorite summer spot. If you can hang with these campers, God bless you.

You can have fun without that kind of dough. Buy your own acreage. I have 5 acres in the country with hills and creeks and lake bear by. Less than $20,000 !
