  • Welcome to my class! This ASMR teacher role play is what I call natural soft-spoken, meant to feel more authentic. I will be doing a very gentle soft-spoken teacher tutor session soon :D Also, I'm sorry that my teacher impression is a little like Mr. Garrison, mmmmkay?
You are all amazing! Thank you for rocking my world.

I think this is the asmr video i've listened to more than anything else actually. It still sounds so good and it's so believable. When I was a child, at the age of 11, I went to the library and had a female librarian assist me with looking up a book on the computer. When she spoke she had a stutter that was so severe it took her double the time to help me. Accordingly due to the setting she spoke in a whisper. This was the first time I experienced ASMR. I felt compelled to share this story with you because it wasn't just how close she was to me as she leaned over my right shoulder to maneuver the mouse, but it was more the effort she made without hesitation that was so appealing. I felt special every second she spoke. This being said, I suggest to never underestimate the complexities of experience and perception. Your hands mean more to people than you could imagine.
Super big fan of your work btw. ;)

bryan rivas Similar experience for me too (the effort and personal attention by a teacher causing ASMR). 8th grade history while working on an in-class project, my teacher walked by and saw the subject matter of my project and took it upon herself to go down the hall and get some extra material she knew would help my project. It wasn't meant to be anything special just for me; just a casual gesture to be helpful to a student. But she didn't do it for anyone else, and the special attention gave me a HUGE wave of ASMR....I couldn't focus for almost a minute! Been chasing that high ever since!

Wow, nice story. I love getting ASMR triggered in real life, and it's usually with people standing close to me and trying to figure something out, like a co-worker or a librarian. I know a stuttering librarian haha but he hasn't triggered me, which is fine :P

This was about philosophie, not english. Oratory, sophistry (though I take umbrage with the depiction in this video; it was originally a benign form of didactism, indeed Sokrates, Georgias and others were counted among them - only later did it become malign and sought to disavow actual sophia) is a large part of philosophical history and modally, every other subject based off the Hellenistic tradition of academia, which is to say all modern academia.

I clicked on this to see if Springbok triggers me (kind of, nothing major), but this is actually so fascinating, I'm going to watch this later when I can devote actual thoughtful time to it. I've never seen an asmr video where someone was actually knowledgeable about a topic that wasn't pop culture.

+adarkerlight Maria has done several videos on the Russian language. This is springbok's least soft-spoken video, she's doing a "loud" whisper. At least check out a few others, she's really quite good. (You probably have by now, your comment is fairly old).

I usually put asmr in the background as soothing background noise while doing other things but this was more interesting so I literally stopped doing stuff to listen/learn. I also have an irrational love/appreciation for your nails in this.

"Be sure not to borrow your books as we will be marking them and making notes within the text." Means, we require you to pay $80 for a hardcopy of reconstituted pulp and ink (while living deep in the digital information age) which you won't be able to resell. I do not miss college. This user and her videos are mighty nice, though! :-D

Yo, anybody have Mrs. Sprinbok for Intro to Rhet? 'Cause I could use a tutor. When I'm awake, she's so pretty I can't concentrate...and then when she goes on in class, she's so soothing and relaxing I fall asleep. My grade is abysmal.
I tried watching her online notes/discussions and just passed out for hours. Anybody wanna meet up at the dining hall and go to the lounge to cram?

One of my teachers was the first person to trigger ASMR in me, so this is very nostalgic too. I'm taking Summer classes this year, this is a much preferable experience as opposed to having to go in town. :P Your role plays are great, thanks for all your effort!
