Ever feel like giving up is the easiest option? I’ve been there. In 1992, I was broke, fresh out of the Army, and flipping burgers at McDonald’s. I had big dreams but no backup plan. Rejected from my first choice for college, I kept pushing forward, working hard, and eventually landed my dream job at IBM. In this video, I share my story to remind you that persistence, focus, and believing in yourself really do pay off. 💪
