Use a paint roller with 3/8 nap and you will spreads faster and evenly and save on product too. then buff with a micro fiber towel that will be garbage after use. Apply 3 coats as I did and It’s been 6 years so far and not a problem with dirt or grime in my tiles.

Did this ever yellow your tile? I have tile that looks like your outside flooring and it’s rough feeling and want to do something like this but don’t want it to yellow.

So how long until you had to remove this? Everyone keep putting this stuff over their tile and everyone usually has to remove it because it looks like crap after a year or two.

I would assume it would help prevent water from getting deep into the crack.
