If you followed the perfect measurements then It's not your fault & even not my fault.. Sometimes jaggery will not come in good quality that's the only reason of not melting the jaggery properly & become thick in consistentcy..
Bilkul kharab nahi hoga mene jo measurement bataya hai Usi hisab se banana bahar rakhne se bhi pure sal kharab nahi hoga bas samay ke chalte sat aath mahine bad color me halka sa badlav aa jata hai aur kuch nahi.. Taste wahi rahega...
