amazing to see how much work goes into every single ball, just so i can shoot it into the water hazard..
Haha that’s why they have to keep making them
What’s a water hazard? Mine get sliced onto the driving range on the 9th hole in Barstow LOL!!
@@azmarineinoki at least you have a (most likely tiny) chance of getting them back at the driving range :)
On earth we are constantly living with gravity, how can can you make a perfect ball when weight is involved? Take a golf club and balance the shaft horizontal in the palm of one hand. With your other hand turn the shaft then let go, the club head will always point down to the floor because it has weight. But if you drop the golf club with the shaft horizontal, the club head will stay in any position that it is in when you let go. This happens because when the club is in free fall it has no weight.
A buddy I was deployed with worked at this plant. They continued to pay his salary while we were deployed. Pretty awesome they take care of their employees like this
My Wife and I attended the tour last Month, great time, took over two hours, very impressive.
Absolutely disgusting
I’m never eating one again
Love how you guys explained how it was possible for the viewers to experience it too!
I wish the woods could see this video so they’d appreciate what I donate to them every other Sunday...
Looking foward to more vidz thank you
Awesome video. I am amazed how much of the process is still done by actual people and not machines.
As were we. Plus the fact that multiple employees had been working there 30+ years (some even 50 years!). Lots of experience in that building!
Golficity that’s great. Really ads do the quality of the product. Keep videos like this coming!
Would love to do the tour, but it's a long way from Manchester UK. Great golf ball, I only wish I didn't lose so many!
Always fun to see videos like this. Thanks for sharing.

Great video, and to think this is right in my back yard.
Mike Mendes if your close it’s worth booking a tour. Very cool experience!
Great ball. Sorry excuse for a tour of the plant. Very incomplete
Great video guys!! Thanks for making this and sharing it with us. What an experience... definitely added to my golf bucket list!
8:38 is like that scene in the Simpsons where Homer tells the quality inspector he's doing a great job and he gets distracted
Very cool hope I get the chance to go one day
They look awesome
That was absolutely Amazing 👍
New Sub! Awesome content! New into the golfing world, but loving it so far! Definitely a life sport, and you guys seem be really having a lot of fun putting this all together, I thank you for that! Keep up the good work!
Michael McIntosh thanks man! We’re having a blast and love hearing about new golfers. Keep grinding. Enjoy the game!
Very interesting!
starts @ 3:21
Great video...
That guy at approximately 4:35 is definitely a cure for insomnia.
this is like an episode of how its made gone bad.
im amazed that cold brew takes 20 hours wow mind blown
It’s amazing how much time it takes to make a ball for me to hit it in the water.
Hey guys I'm in Massachusetts. If you drive here to see the titelist plant come out this way next summer and play some golf.
After watching this video the next time I go play I'm going to buy sleeve and try them. Right now I use Callaway Chrome soft
Don't switch. Chrome soft is the best.
Adam Reed chrome soft has the most quality issues out of all top tier balls. If you don’t believe me, just watch the videos about it from my golf spy. The cores are off center, balls out of round, and a host of other quality issues.
I work at this exact same plant. Weird how it popped up in my recommended!
Seriously, how many balls did you get?
Interesting.
I need them to make one with some type of locator beacon in it.
Nice PPE in the factory
Been there, done that in 1994 with my Dartmouth high school economics class. Who knew I'd go on to sell millions of balls yearly. Of course there was no Prov’s back then.
Y’all drove by my exit on the highway in Rhode Island 😂
I see some neistat in your editing! Its great!
Marc b huge compliment. Casey is a legend!
Does anyone have an idea how much a club fitting would cost?
You did show how they print the aim line exactly on the seem.
best ball in golf for 70 years! the tour is sick at ball plant 3
Couple of DBs driving and walking around for five minutes tells me all I need to know about the people who made the vid. Thank god for our ability to fast forward over the garbage.
CaugustusWhite That bald headed fuck is gonna get it if he shows up here again...
I work in ball plant. 3 and i think its take about 24 hours to make 1 ball , big process to makes the best titleist golf balls.
Time for you fellows to post a video of how titleist clubs are made
Plz suggest us I want to increase durability of core material of golf ball so which material should I use in it plz suggest????
In which it get the hits of 200
Gotta play pro v’s!!!!
save yourself and go straight to the 4:00 mark
2001 Space Odyssey had a shorter opening sequence than this video
thanks for the insight!
Thought that was Ed Bassmaster for a sec.
Also nice when you get it for free
People who pay for super expensive golf balls have more money then sense, but this was a very interesting video
6:31 he uses the tp5 in 2018/19
The Land of my people...New bedford Mass. My Grandma used to work for them...My uncle currently works for them...I cannot stand Titleist balls! woops
i live like 15 minutes from here
I work there haha
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Q: "what makes titleist the #1 ball in golf"
A: The amount of money they pay people to play their ball.
What brand of watch is he wearing at 1:55?
Brietling Navitimer 46mm
WatchJRgo full royalty free intro music lol
" I can not and will not play any other ball " 🤔🤔 oh because Titlist pay me a fortune to say so 👊
I golfed with a guy that "worked in the golf ball industry" allegedly . Supplied the core product of the ball. He said every brand and ball have same core. Ever heard that? What's your thought on it.
It's possible that some brands purchase their cores, etc. pre-made and so there may be some cross-over. But with regards to the Titleist plant, we got to see them formulate the cores out of raw materials and each ball (Pro V1, Pro V1x, and AVX) had a different core formulation, so they were all unique. Also, not aware of Titleist selling their cores to any other companies. The impression we got was that they keep that proprietary formulation under careful lock and key.
Well would you look at that.
Where do I get that white Titleist hat?
On earth we are constantly living with gravity, how can can you make a perfect ball when weight is involved? Take a golf club and balance the shaft horizontal in the palm of one hand. tryna walk all badass in slow motion...past the bathroom
Could really use the golf balls
I'd like to thank all the shankers for playing pro v's so poorly in AZ because in four years of golf I've never paid for a pro v or any other golf ball. Keep shanking on! P.s. if you suck at golf.....play pinnacles. Hehe
Guess who is now getting free Titleist golf balls????!!!
Do you guys live in RI
Tri-State area NJ/NY
Titleist got jealous of Kirkland’s success when they made a great ball for 1/4 the price
Is that Shuli Egar narrating?
Same process as callaway but looks like a cleaner facility by a long way. And Callaway wouldn't do tours.
Can we open golf ball manufacturing firm
hi
No free samples :(
A bit surprised at the lack of automation in the factory. Seems that a lot of these manual functions could be handled by automation systems...would need to INVEST however, which is not the mindset of modern day US business owners, which have more of a "rent seeking" mentality, see $52/dozen ProV1's. I predict more and more challenges from the low end of the market, see Vice and similar. If you're not a "plus" golfer, you don't need a ProV1.
Ed bassmaster 😂
Cool video, first time viewer so maybe there's a solid explanation but what the hell is the story with the half Hittler hafl 70s porn star moustache
I prefer Callaway.
I wouldn't hit a ProV1 if I was 5 km from the lake and trees, I'd still lose it :(
Rickie?? I thought you switched brah?
Skip to 4:15 to get to the meat of the story
why was this just a montage. i wanted to hear some of these people talk.
Snell boys got the same distance, feel, and money for a 12 pack!
This video was not informative. Just watched you walk around
What kind of coffee takes 20 hours to brew? Did I hear that wrong?
These Colors Don't Run cold brew apparently 🤷🏼♂️
just go inside the plant and stop wasting time .. 4 mins to get to the plant!
Vice.
Would've helped to speak, telling us what is happening at every stage of the process. Instead we had to guess, while listening to the most irritating music ever published on RUclips!
Good thing you got so dressed up to drive...............
Hello,
It's Divya from NTD Television. This video is great!

We would like to upload your video to our media pages.
Would you allow us to do that?
Thank you.
Bruh, ain’t nobody give a fawk bout this channel that has like 12 times more subscribers
seriously, who gives a fuck if you buy coffee on the way. 3:20 to start the tour.
All we see is two random dudes (one balding) looking at balls being made... could've been a cool video but turned out boring. Cool concept tho
holy long enough intro
literally more than 30% of this video is irrelevant intro sequence lol
Im sorry guys cool video but I could have watched a video on discovery channel of how its made. At least its narrated. That was crap.
Hey guys if you’re not busy wanna dress like dorks and go stare at golf b.... never mind.
Also. Super jelly
Did anyone notice the huge lack of female and ethnic employees? Odd they haven't corrected.
save 3:10 seconds of your life.
Why buy a machine to cut your sandwich when you could just get married
