  • This is a unique red curry from my vast collection of old Thai cookbooks. It caught my eye because of the use of sand ginger powder. Old Thai cookbooks are notorious for either giving no measurements or vague directions. So it is up to the cook to interpret the dish-but to interpret a dish you must have respect for the history and not do your own spin on something without any regard to what a basic red curry is in the first place.
