    My no cooking diet plan:-
    Breakfast: first fruit+ dal bhel(2:15)+buttermilk/sugarcane juice/cocunut water
    Lunch(optional): soaked moong dal chat +curd
    Snacks:roasted peanuts+bananas
    Dinner:green chilli/chutney(spicy start)+buna chenna/chenna sattu+ raw cocunut slices+dates+banana(op.)+handful roasted peanuts(op.) last jaggery piece(sweet)

    You can add finely chopped green chillies, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves and hing to it - we call it neer mor in TN (you can also use some salt, mustard seeds after spluttering with some oil and even chia seeds)

    1. Breakfast:- Banana Peanut sandwich (Whole wheat bread) with one glass milk and you can add whey protein powder.
    2. Lunch:- Dal rice recipe(puffed rice) with butter milk as per your need.
    3. Snack:- Apple, curd, oats, raisins, soked almonds, pumpkin seeds and then mix thoroughly.
    4. Dinner:- Paneer sandwich(Paneer, cabbage, capsicum, tomato,salt,curd pepper)and milk.

    Add 1 teaspoon of organic cold pressed coconut oil to the Dal - Rice lunch recipie; it will give you an amazing aroma and flavor. You may or may not like it for the first time but once you develop your taste buds for it; u will love it.
    And if available please add 1 or 2 table spoon of chopped raw mangoes (kachi kairi) to it.

      sai ganesh guruman ke challenge mein people are blindly adding protein like 50-60 gram protein in one meal itself forgeting that amateur body cannoy digest 50 gram protein in one meal completely

    Appreciate your efforts... Accidentally came on this channel and I found u suggested exactly what I am doing from past 1 year and lost 25kg. I even saw ur video on white sugar replacement with jaggery powder believe me I'm doing it from the day one I started my weight loss plan almost a year back. Apart of this there are ample of similar easy recipes. Journey from 74.6kg to 50.1kg was nvr easy. But people like u keep motivating not to give up.
