      One of the thing I found out a few days ago is that milk and banana is a very wrong combination as it confuses our brain when digesting the food. I was shocked when I read this fact because I used to always eat banana and milk with Chapati/ Roti!

    My diet for body developing :
    Pre workout:
    1:28 this meal
    Before breakfast:
    Any seasonal fruit
    Breakfast:
    *Oat meal( 250 ml milk+2tbsp peanut butter+1tsp flax seeds+oats+4dates)
    *chapati chenna masala/dal(especially black urad)
    *white matar ki spicy chat
    *Stuffed chapati with coconut chatni or curd or butter
    *idli with sambhar
    *vegetable upma
    *chapati with potato peas curry
    Dinner:
    *moong dal dosa with potatoes stuffing
    *Soya briyani
    *Beans pulao
    *Chapati with soy chunk spinach gravy
    *rice/chappati with /green gram dal/lauki chenna dal/moth dal
    *khicdi
    *adai dosa
    *Dhal bhel
    *sweet rice
    *jeera rice with boiled legumes
    Note:-
    *eat chutney/green chilli before meals & jaggery/any sweet after meals
    *eat only 2-3 chappatis/100g of rice/70-80g of legumes i.e. reduce the meal size & try to eat light in dinner
    Also:
    *After lunch buttermilk or lassi
    *Before lunch,little veg salad
    Snacks:
    *Banana,peanut butter roll
    *Banana peanut red rice cake
    *Makkana chenna
    *1apple+1banana+2tbsp peanut butter
    *handful roasted peanuts with
    1 banana
    *buna chenna(2tbsp)+date
    s(4)+2 piece coconut
    *boiled sweet potato *roasted corn

    1 scoop of whey protein in water(after 2 months of starting workout)
    Breakfast:

    Lunch:
    *This lunch(it is also easy to carry) 3:46 (eat vegetable salad before meals if its a holiday)
    Dinner(within 7:00 to 7:30 pm):
    Any Food cooked by my mother with fit tuber's desserts or with this 5:24
    Night:
    *This drink 7:56
    *Peanut hot chocolate
    In winters:
    Little Shilait in milk in evening

    Total Calories : 3005 Kcal
    Total protein : 130 gms
    3000 calories is enough for most people wanting to bulk up. I'm 6ft tall, 64 kgs working out 6 days a week and my TDEE is 2600 calories. Even if I bulk upto 75 kgs my TDEE will still be well below 3000 calories. So the calories in this diet is sufficient for most people unless you're like 6'5 tall.
    Talking about the protein, that is enough too. Unless you wanna have huge muscles and want to weight over 80 kgs, 130 gms of protein is enough. Again you need 1gm of protein per pound of lean bodyweight to maximize muscle growth. At 75 kgs I will be 165 pounds of total body weight. Minus the fat percentage 15% that would give me a lean body mass of around 140 gms. 130 gms of protein is enough. If you think you really need more protein then exchange the chana dal curry in the afternoon meal for something more protein like Paneer.
    If 3000 calories is too much for you then try subtracting the 1tbsp of ghee. There are 5 tbsp of ghee all total in this diet comprising of around 500 calories. If you wanna have less calories just cut the tbsp of ghee according to your needs. For example 2700 kcal = -3tbsp ghee.

      My brother used redsoil with water face pack and it showed very good results. He took the soil from a plant pot and filtered it with a strainer and mixed some water in it. Try it. It may work for u.

    GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS👍👍. Here are some additional suggestions:-
    1. Prefer working out in evening.
    2.if possible, take a nap b/w 10 to 12 pm after heavy breakfast.
    3. do not workout more than 3-4 days a week.( this will give you more time for recovery and you can avoid the WHEY PROTEIN POWDERS which I personally do not find healthy in long run)
    4. Check vit-D and B12 deficiencies.
    5. Do not do more than 9 sets of exercise in a workout.(3×3)
    6. Do only 8 reps each with heavy weights.
    7. Keep the lifting movements slow. Do not go too fast.
    8. Always be aware about your breathing and stomach. We don't realise but due to stress, the stomach mostly remains in a contracted position. Always feel the inhaling and exhaling process and the movement of stomach associated with it.
    9. Never suppress your emotions. If your are sad, lock the room and cry out loud alone. You will feel very light and relaxed after it and prevent stress-related weight loss.
    10. Go for amul or mother dairy full fat milk. (Although reliable farm supplier is best)
    11.Before falling asleep, thank God for his blessings and visualise your ideal physique in mind. (This truly works, believe me)
    I gained 9 Kgs in 4 months.

    As per my knowledge, ayurveda says the best time to wake up is on bramhamuhurta (1 to 1/2 hour before sunrise). Waking up at 6 is a bit late for students like us who have to complete so many tasks. Thank you for the video content, always praise your effort😊

      True! But for that also you've to sleep early, like 9-ish to wake up at 5(say) because a sound sleep of minimum 7-8 hours is required for proper functioning of the body! Can't mess up our circadian rhythm, can we! 😅
