Everything Mr Sahakian said is matching my experience and the 65% humidity should be also fine as a standard condition. I used to store at 70% and all I can say is that the cigars weren't burning good and the taste was very bitter and not very pleasant.

I have yet to smoke one myself but as far as my research goes. Some cigars are stored in cellophane wraps some are not. If they are not you can slightly squeeze and move them between your fingers to check quality. Just don't contaminate them until you buy them.
It’s best to not contaminate unless you have purchased. Once you purchase and upon checking it you notice a defect or issue, the shop will replace it for you!
Yes, you can indeed. The unspoken rule is that you don’t touch the cap (the place you put your lips on), because it’s the place where the next customers lips might touch.
French and swiss people smoke very wet,i don't understand how they do,cigars burn badly and are bitter,British smoke much better.The best is 16°-66° max

Never go there, they are so rude. Davidoff London is the place to go to buy your cigars. Customer service is like nowhere else.
