I would avoid Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom being your first Zelda Games because as awesome as they are, they aren't emblematic of the entire series and were a radical re-imagining of the original Zelda 1 formula. Definitely do play them, but after atleast OoT and WW if literally nothing else.

IMO if you want to start Zelda games, start with Breath of the Wild or Ocarina of Time. OoT is the game that you can show as an example of the formula that many Zelda games follow. And Breath of the Wild is a game that focuses on open-world liberty and how you’re free to do any quest at any time in the game. Both are great. I would suggest Majora’s Mask too, but it can be hard at the first play-through, and it’s very dark. It’s a banger for me, but it’s definitely not for everyone.
I wouldn't place the villagers so low on the list, as we know nothing about them. And besides these villagers are different to their Smash counterparts by a margin, and so what, you really think all kinds of humans in the Animal Crossing series are evil by nature? I literally just played some MKWii with my sibling and decided to go Rosalina, since she’s one of my favorite characters in the whole Mario multiverse. Best decision I ever made, my gayass was ascending into a higher plane of existence. Her voice gave me so much joy and all I could think about was her lmao. Every time she laughed or cheered just made me freaking melt. Oh yeah, AND the Luma following her around is an awesome detail and super cute.

Birdo is not supposed to be a deadname. The english translation makes it look like one, but the japanese version makes it more clear that her name is birdo(catherine in japanese) and that birde/birdetta(cathy in japanese) is just a nickname she likes
I like this video, but "Okay" tier should 100% be renamed to "Devilishly Charming". It provides a far more specific context towards why a character might be comforting for someone, ESPECIALLY when you put characters like Bowser, Kamek, Bowser Jr., Wario and Waluigi in it. Being more specific about a character's comfort category is especially important when you look at what your other tiers are called: Mean, Limbo, Nice, Friends and COMFORT.
that’s a really good point you make there. reason why i put all of those characters there despite them being evil is because of the fact that they have a lot of humor, charisma, and even heroism on some occasions to balance it out.
Koopa Troopa is my comfort Mario Kart character because A. he's a turtle, which is an animal, and I like playing as animals. B, he doesn't make overly any sad noises when you lose the race, which makes losing less stressful or rubbed in my face. and C. He's got a pleasantly simple design.

I would suggest putting Pink Gold Peach in the last place of the mean tier. She is Nathaniel Bandy's most hated Mario Kart character. Also, thank you for putting Toadette on the comfort list. She is one of my favourite Mario characters, and Toadette is the perfect example of an adorable video game character. She's just so adorable, I love her personality, and she's always been my comfort Mario character!

I'm so happy my favorite nintendo character Peach is on COMFORT tier along with Daisy and Rosalina. But Peachette needs to be higher than being on LIMBO tier. Because she's a DLC character for wave 6 and also the 5th meta character on mk8dx and I was so happy that I saw the trailer and able to use her and main her. ☺️

Baby Daisy breaks the canon more than Baby Rosalina because you could argue MK8 takes place in the future, but based on current games, you can't really explain baby daisy
Rosalina is the queen of comfy, practically comfort incarnate. She reads bedtime stories to her lumas, is always associated with nighttime and the mysteries of space, and has a soothing voice and personality, why WOULDN'T she be high on the comfy scale? But I personally wouldn't rate Daisy that high. She's friendly sure, but she's a bit too loud, brash, and high energy. Peach and Rosalina seem more pleasant and chill to be around due to how docile they are. Meanwhile Daisy would intentionally make you UNcomfortable just to playfully annoy you.

I would suggest putting Pink Gold Peach in the last place of the mean tier. She is Nathaniel Bandy's most hated Mario Kart character. Also, thank you for putting Toadette on the comfort list. She is one of my favourite Mario characters, and Toadette is the perfect example of an adorable video game character. She's just so adorable, I love her personality, and she's always been my comfort Mario character!

I'm so happy my favorite nintendo character Peach is on COMFORT tier along with Daisy and Rosalina. But Peachette needs to be higher than being on LIMBO tier. Because she's a DLC character for wave 6 and also the 5th meta character on mk8dx and I was so happy that I saw the trailer and able to use her and main her. ☺️

Baby Daisy breaks the canon more than Baby Rosalina because you could argue MK8 takes place in the future, but based on current games, you can't really explain baby daisy
Rosalina is the queen of comfy, practically comfort incarnate. She reads bedtime stories to her lumas, is always associated with nighttime and the mysteries of space, and has a soothing voice and personality, why WOULDN'T she be high on the comfy scale?
But I personally wouldn't rate Daisy that high. She's friendly sure, but she's a bit too loud, brash, and high energy. Peach and Rosalina seem more pleasant and chill to be around due to how docile they are. Meanwhile Daisy would intentionally make you UNcomfortable just to playfully annoy you.

as for daisy, her energetic and loud personality is the reason why i like her a lot. she’s like the kind of girl you could thumbs up or play sports with! it’s adorable. :)
