So Thawne never created the Negative Speed and Still Forces, they were always there. Since the universe requires balance that would mean all 4 Pos and Neg were around sine the dawn of time. Maybe before s7, Speed Nora wasn't aware of either of them until her rebirth which some how took Still, Strength, and Sage along and made them relatable.
No he created the negative speedforce but not the other 3 remember when flash made the artificial speedforce? That created the positive still strength and sage force. That changed the timeline rf created the negative speedforce but not the other negative forces they never should have existed remember thats why the positive speedforce tried to kill the other positive forces

Any power that has something relating to mythical powers, Damien is a man who is an expert on it. So in Iris' case, carrying time sickness was part of her powers so Damien can know what is happening.
