So this was on the Normandy map, bang in the middle of the three airfields
Cretteville, Bruchville, and Meautis.

There's a lake West of Carentan, the start of the "course" is direct north about 1/2 nm from there.
The Western bridge and a few trees were deleted to make an entry path from the North West.
